Ordered an ink cartridge late afternoon and it was delivered to my door next day around 11.00 am. The fastest ever delivery without paying additional express fees. No issues with the ink as well. Would recommend.

So pleased with Superink's service. My cartridge arrived very quickly but unfortunately my HP printer is very finicky about its toner. Rita was very accommodating in sending me another one to try out (no charge), also arriving very quickly, but my HP didn't like that one either. I received a shipping label and refund for them in a very timely fashion. I would definitely order products from Superink again.

I was not aware that the toner cartridge fit into a carrier which fits into the printer. Once I realized that it was an easy install. Quality of the print is great so far.Update: The service I received from superink was great. They even sent me another cartridge when the first one stopped working after a few days. That said the problem with compatible cartridges still remained for me....they worked for awhile but soon stopped working...

Ordered Ink for my Brother Printer. There are pros and cons. Good price, arrived quickly but one cartridge was leaking. Great customer support and they shipped replacement immediately. Another upside is the cartridges can be filled by yourself in future. But only if you can find the Ink for less. I plan to buy again as my local malls no longer have the Cartridge Refill stores.Cons: The printer does not recognize it as Genuine product so the printer constantly says no ink in cartridge. Printer still prints fine, but this is something not mentioned on their website. If constant Ink Level messages bother you, you must buy Genuine product.

Really great price and service! Rita was quick to respond to my emails and we were able to coordinate a pickup the same day. This ink was also sold out at other stores (i have an older printer model)
