I have been trying to visit this place for quite some time. I heard a lot of good things from my wife and friends. Finally managed to visit it last weekend. The first impression as you walk in definitely gives you the vibes of a cute coffee shop. The decor was random with lots of old stuff and it definitely looked pretty. We ordered a sandwich, coffee and muffins and all were delicious. The ambience was awesome. My wife said that it's not usually this empty. But it was a couple of hours before closing and hence it was less crowded. I will definitely go back once again. A place I highly recommend.

The vibe of Square 1 is unmatched by any other coffee shop. I’m thrilled that this gem of a café is so close to me. I can’t believe I haven’t visited sooner. The macadamia milk latte was divine.

Square 1 Coffee is one of the best coffee shops in Edmonton! The atmosphere is welcoming and always great vibes.The coffee and lattes are also always delicious. For food, I definitely recommend their breakfast sandwich.This is a good place for a grab and go, to work/study, or visit with friends.

This is my favorite coffee spot. Delicious drinks, great snacks, amazing atmosphere, beautiful artworks and good people. P.s. don’t order the cinnamon twists you won’t like ‘em! ;)

Great tasting breakfast sandwich and matcha latte. My friend said the coffee was very good. The place was constantly filled with people from 10am to 1pm when we were there.

Weather its a meeting, studying, date, personal escape whatever the need it can be met here. Not only does it have this cozy vibe incredible coffee and variety of seatting ,there is delightful art work merchandice and pleasantly helpful personal staff. Only short fall it was legit so packed from 2-4 seating was very limited. Bonus they have open mic night and musicians in evenings.

Square one is our favourite coffee shop in the whole city. My friends and I have tried a bunch of places but this place is our favourite by far!We come every Wednesday before school and it is the highlight of our week!The staff is super friendly and the atmosphere is amazing, truly the place to be wether you want a coffee or a bakery item. It’s all so good! (the iced London fogs and cinnamon knots are the best)

We love to go to Square 1 Coffee every week. They prepare the best coffees and we feel so relax there because of good atmosfere. They have so may pictures ofCanadian artists on the walls so I always look for something new and interesting.

Located in a strip mall it looks smaller from the outside but once inside it was spacious with a nice atmosphere for a coffee and dessert place. The plastered walls gave a feel of a canteen or Mexican watering hole. There is plenty of parking. The service was friendly and they have lots of options for treats and beverages. On a warm summer evening they say anything on their menu can be served cold as well as hot. Plenty of seating and a small outdoor patio with 3 tables and a small gift area if you want to take something home. We would come back.

This is a great neighborhood coffee shop. Lots of choices for drinks, have tasty sandwiches and desserts, plenty of food choices. Nice friendly staff, warm atmosphere. Unfortunately a victim of its own success, the last 2 times I tried to go here there were no seats available, ended up leaving. Too bad, because it's a lovely spot, fun atmosphere, they've put a lot of work into creating a a friendly community gathering place.
