Amazing service! I felt like I was taken care of by a member of my own family.Called the after-hours number and explained that my Mom was experiencing a problem with the lights in the bedrooms. I was remote and couldn't do anything and was looking for any help they could provide.They were onsite quickly, took care of the problem, were very helpful and pleasant with my Mom.This was my first time using their service but I know who I'll be calling for all my future electrical contracting needs.THANK YOU!

We always get great service from Malcolm's. Marcus is a very approachable guy. We own Sidney Plumbing and have personally used them as a sub-contractor numerous times, and recommend them to clients all the time as well, always with great reviews and results.

Last year the main breaker switch to our townhouse complex started smoking late at night. We tried calling a number of companies who claim to offer 24/7 emergency service, but Malcolm Electrical was the only one who actually answered their phone.A fellow came out to our place and inspected the switch. he told us what to do to keep safe for the next day or so and promptly ordered the part we needed.Great service, will absolutely use them again.

Very knowledgeable staff, was able to get a quick estimate and only waited the weekend for them to start. Nice, clean, tidy workers who knew their business, and were very polite. Covered the area in drop sheets and vacuumed when finished. We thought we had a problem with a pot light (we didn't) but it was speedily addressed by a visit from Malcolm. They offered us great suggestions on placing lighting and hiding wiring, and advised us on a problem with the plan we had from a safety issue. A very knowledgeable, thoughtful, tidy pleasure to have in our home, and we're thrilled with the work they did. I was highly impressed with the technician's professionalism, and respect of COVID protocol. He was punctual, tidy and helpful. He read our COVID related instruction signs, wore a mask and made sure to touch as few surfaces as possible. Thank you!

I've used Malcolm's on two occasions, and was perfectly satisfied both times. They were prompt, professional and pleasant. I will use them for all my electrical jobs. I recommend them.

Absolutely terrible experience with this company. Charged way too much for the installation of a product that was not the product discussed previously and the installation was very poor workmanship (see photos). They actually broke multiple code rules. The work will not pass inspection. Will have to hire another electrician to fix the terrible job Malcolm's did. Along with poor communication and waiting weeks for an email response I would never recommend this company to anyone. The better business bureau will be contacted about Malcolm's unprofessional and dangerous work.

Malcolm's Electrical did the electrical work at our vet clinic when we renovated a few years ago. We found them to be professional, focused and straight forward to work with. We have them back now to help us to upgrade the lighting and install occupancy sensors as outlined in a recent energy audit.

Marcus and his team have personally taken care of me and my business needs multiple times. Excellent service and problem free work, even with very heavy daily use. He even made himself available on extremely short notice for me. Marcus is my “I know a guy for that” now!
