I have a very good experience in this store . I dropped my iPhone and broke the screen and rushed to Fido store and Andrew helped me and showed me all deals either to fix or buy another iPhone . He is very friendly and helpful. Thanks Andrew.

Shout out to Jalal for providing excellent customer service. Unfortunately I needed to go into the store to resolve some billing issues, however everything was resolved and handled nicely and I'm satisfied with my experience. Jalal kept me up to date, was kind, helpful and pleasant to interact with. I appreciate the assistance Jalal!

I received great service at the Hurontario and Eglinton location today. The representative was very patient and went out of his way to make me feel comfortable, making me aware of available product choices, which were best, etc.. Store is also spacious and neat. A positive experience.

After having numerous issues porting out my number from freedom (issues on their part). Abby the store manager went above and beyond by looking for my old chip in the garbage can (and finding it for me) . Fixing the issues as well. I really appreciate the help and customer service as that was to me above and beyond. Please promote her!

Great customer service! Casey was knowledgeable and helped me decide which phone to get. He was very helpful and honestly, I felt like he was really helping me make the right decision. He didn't push me to decide right then and there and he wrote down everything that he had said, so as not to confuse me. I will definitely be back in this store when it's time for my daughters to renew their plan.

Fido is a real scam, they give you a discount to purchase a package but the discount is not active immediately. You need to wait for the BackOffice approval which may come late or never come. Till getting the approval you will pay the overpriced. I used to have $17Gb for $45 then they give me a discount on $55 (10gb) package so I Pay only $30. I ended paying full $55 (10$ extra and 7gb less)

Their service is amazing! Kept ongoing conversation with me while switching my phone to the iPhone 12 Pro Max. You should definitely go to this Fido store because it's more than just a Fido store, they make it feel like home. The smiles and the laughter you hear and see, will never make you think this is a cellphone store. 1000000/10 would recommend!
