Went in to purchase a new phone and Jody and Jordan were a delight! Jordan went ABOVE AND BEYOND for my customer service experience and i don't plan to deal with anyone else other than him again!! Best customer service experience i've had in a long time.

I was a bit worried when I read negative reviews. I went there on Sept 23 2020 to purchase 4 new phones and transfer my service from another provider to Telus. The experience was excellent! I had a friendly, knowledgeable young lady take time to explain everything I had questions about and all the options available to me. She also tried several different things in their system to get me the best price possible. Once I decided to purchase, another young lady helped her spend the next hour or so transferring data from all of my old phones to the new ones, tested everything and went through the basic use of the phones with me. I spent about two hours there going through the details to make the purchase and then get everything set up. The staff was smiling, patient and willing to answer questions and help from start to end.

Best customer service ever. We arrived close to closing time due to road construction delays and they didn't make us feel rushed at all. We had an iPad issue which they don't normally deal with, however, they took care of us and resolved our issue. I wish I had gotten the young lady's name. Highly recommend this store. The young fellow we dealt with, Zack, when we came to pick up our replacement was also excellent. Very pleased.

Amazing customer service! We were travelling through Saint John NB on route to visit family in NS. One of us realised they had left their phone at home. Seeking to replace it we arrived at the McAllister Mall Telus store on a Sunday, an hour before opening time. Tara greeted us warmly at their boutique location, quickly analysed our situation and had our phone replaced and activated within the hour. All this at a lower monthly cost than we had been paying. Kudos to Tara and Telus!

They have no ability to help with anything besides sales.

extremely poor customer service. I've been with telus over 12 years and have never been treated with respect in this telus store. to hand over 300$ a month out for my services and every time I enter the McAllister location to be treated so poorly, there is no need!! maybe time for a staff change?!
