We always go to panchvati for our Indian grocery shopping but recently we trusted their quality and bought a box of 12 mangoes for CAD 44 and 10 out of 12 mangoes were rotten and 2 were partially rotten. We are so upset as we spent so much trusting to get good quality mangoes and it was a complete waste of money. We bought the premium quality box thinking they will be better but you can see the pictures of what we got.

Today Saturday-1Jyly around 7-00 pm when some green chilli by mistake came in our basket and we realized once we reach to parked car- my wife went to return it and the girl at counter insulted my wife rudely saying we don’t take food back- while arguing it is not ours she said you put on counter why you are not checking it properly- then after 10 minuts discussion she agreed to take back and gave cash - while cash looks less my wife said you are paying less the amount is more- girl at counter said no you are pointing to garlic price - chilli price is less and my wife apologized for her mistake she said rudely…. You must be returning because of this more price right and laughed loudly in insulting tone in-front of other 4 customers! - what the hell! People here are making dragging this country towards third world country…… BE CAREFUL BEFORE VISIT TIS PANCHVATI STORE AND GET READY TO BE INSULTED !

One of the best Indian grocery stores I've visited. Huge variety of products at unbeatable prices. Good music playing in the background adds to the charm of the store.Panchvati is bigger and better now. Much more variety. So many varieties of khakhra than anywhere else, I love it.

Its my go to store for weekly groceries. The staff is super friendly and are really hard working. Each one of staff tries to provide best customer service by leaving whatever they were doing and help you search the item.One of the issues is that it is really difficult to find who is actually the working staff since they have no kind of Id or Tshirts which makes it easy for ppl to identify. Quite a few times i have spend time helping white ppl find stuff they need....I advised quite a few times to cashier to suggest id card or tshirtt idea to manager but got weird responses everytime that we all come at diff times and what not.I guess when you have such a good staff, they should be easily identified by customer in case they need help with anything.Just a suggestion to manager / owner to enhance shopping experience.

Great store. You can easily find all the Indian stuff you’ll need. They even have a hot table type of corner where they have some snacks made in store for sale. I got some vada pavs. Tastes amazing. Only if the prices could be a little more genuine, it was a 10/10.

Excellent customer service. I walked in and asked for assistance with finding 28 items that were very specific and one of the employees assisted me with locating everything on my list. The cashier and the employee were extremely patient and accommodating. To add, great store, excellent products and pricing. Definitely worth a visit.

You won’t feel out of India for indian food and stuff when visiting this store.Initially the vast range of vegetables and food/snacks varieties displayed is sufficient to quickly pick up your choice articles.Price might deter your purchases that is offset by making available most of your desired and wanted Indian vegetables, groceries and ready to either eat or take away food items.Visit and form your opinion.Enjoy.

I love this place … can find almost everything here (specifically Indian) and the quality is so good .

Very bad experience, they are hiding expiry date of branded Indian snacks like vadodara Jagdish chevda.very bad test then I realised and checked they stick their own date and time sticker. They removed original printed expiry date.
