Photo Centre Review : Came to the Photo Centre to take a passport photo for my self, no one was there to take it, the lady works there ask me to come back later. Really???I Asked for the manager, apparently he is the one taking the pictures.I was there at one, he only start working at 3, so if you need pictures, you need to undestand when the manager is working.

Had a rude experience with Sepideh, the cosmetic associate. She didn’t greet us, wasn’t helpful and giving us sour face as if she doesn’t want to work there. Definitely not an experience that I was expecting compared to other beauty boutique area in other Shoppers who are known to be friendly and helpful. Very disappointing experience!!

one of the best shoppers , In Richmond hill, specially cosmetic section, really great people with great knowledge work , Sepide works as cosmetic sales person , with unbelievable knowledge in all product, she is really helpful and all the time give me great guide.She is always patient and very welcoming with her nice smile.

Just had a great experience in the cosmetics/perfume department. Hannah, the sales associate went above and beyond in customer service. She was professional, pleasant, knowledgeable, patient and very sweet. I'll definitely be visiting again just because of her!

Thanks to the pharmacist for getting our family the flu vaccine. The pharmacy counter gets busy from time to time but the staff do their best to accommodate to make sure all customers are taken care of.As to other sections of the store, including the post office. This is my regular SDM and I come by for postal services occasionally. For many years I did not find any issues. Currently they closes at 10pm, I do hope that they will open longer so I can shop when it is less busy.

I've had a few very positive interactions with the pharmacists at this location. Wait times usually are pretty good and they always remind me when my prescriptions are coming due or are ready for pickup. Thanks Shoppers on Tower Hill!

Photo Centre Review : Came to the Photo Centre to take a passport photo for my son. Granted he is a newborn but the experience we had wasn’t the best.The lady taking the photo took several photos, none of which would have passed the inspection at Service Canada. When I asked the lady if she got a good one that will pass inspection she just said: “ it’s a newborn, they don’t have a choice”… They do have a choice, they can just turn us away.For new parents I highly recommend going to the Henry’s store on Steeles and Hilda! They were amazing with my one month old. They had rattles, they guided us and the photos were great. Spent an extra $25 for better photos.Not to mention the lady at Shoppers put the photos incorrectly resulting in the stamp leaking all over the photos! Don’t spend $50 like us, spend $25 and go to Henry’s.Don’t even know if they would give us a refund….

This is the worst shoppers. During my visit to Shoppers this morning to buy a bag of milk, I realized I didn't have my wallet with me and only had a $100 bill in my pocket. The cashier said they didn't have enough cash on hand. And she mentioned people all using self-checkout right now, and they were unable to accept my cash payment. I was so disappointed with this.
