Ultra carpet was the unsung hero of our home renovation project. They went from our area rug supplier to our hardwood, laminate and carpet supply and installer as we were forced to terminate our contractor. They also took on the tile work which was above and beyond their traditional offering to get the job done in time.The ultra carpet team added improved design touches above paid professionals to make the job perfect.Overall quality, timeliness and sharp pricing is why I would recommend them.Since completing this job, I’ve hired them again. Second time also was an amazing job.

We decided to get rid of our parquet floor in our livingroom, diningroom and family room, so went to Ultra Carpet and Flooring. At the store there was an excellent collection of hardwood flooring and Noor was there helping us with his excellent knowledge and great advice. He even came over to our house with sample colors and it made our decision so much easier. The installation was done so professionally and the result gave us beautiful flooring to enjoy for many years to come. I highly recommend Ultra Carpet and Flooring if you are looking to buying flooring for your home.

I highly recommend Ultra Carpet & Flooring. We were updating a condo and Noor was very helpful when we were selecting the right laminate flooring. The flooring we picked out arrived in a timely manner. We were so lucky to have Ray as our Installer. He carefully removed the old carpet without damage to any walls in the unit or condo main areas and was meticulous in installing the new laminate flooring. Ray knew exactly which way to install the laminate even though we had some tricky wall angles to work with. I will definitely shop at Ultra Carpet & Flooring again.

Customer service, communication and punctuality was at a very high standard. Staff was understanding and accommodating to our needs when things changed slightly on our end.The installation was flawless. We decided to replace our 20 year old broadloom in our basement that was starting to show the wear and tear of 4 kids and 2 dogs. The basement has been completely transformed with the new vinyl flooring installed by Ultra Carpet & Flooring! Noor, the owner, is professional, knowledgeable and so kind. He helped me choose the flooring and the best method of installation for our use. There was a vast selection of choices. Noor came to our house to have a look at the space and do proper measurements. Noor's right-hand-man Ray came to complete the install. Ray spent an entire week at our house meticuloulsy measuring, installing, moving furniture around and making sure all furniture had felt pads so as not to scratch the new floor. Ray was also so professional, friendly, prompt, skilled and knowledgeable. I can't recommend Noor and Ray at Ultra Carpet & Flooring highly enough. A+++ on all counts!

My very old house badly needed new floors,but I was extremely hesitant knowing what might be revealed once the old carpet was removed. Noor helped me navigate supply-chain delays, exposed pipes, and myriad other issues to get the floors I wanted. Ray’s expert installation ensured that they are solid, secure, and beautiful. I started reading the many positive reviews on Home Stars and decided to walk into Ultra Carpet in person. It was exactly the type of experience I was looking for... a smaller 'mom and pop' shop with character rather that one of the big box stores where I feel you are just a service number. I spoke with Noor personally many times and he was extremely accommodating with every chat. Long story short outside of the great job at my downtown condo the customer service went above and beyond, it was nice to talk to the same person on the phone or in shop and never to be on hold.
