I brought in a Black Diamond Ring to be sized and appraised, very happy with the workman ship, very quick turn around time less then a week. I will be giving them more business in the future. Very happy with the way it turned out. My wife was also very happy how it turned out as well. Very reasonable pricing, and amazing customer service.

Very good experience dealing with Dylan. It was good to have a gemologist on hand to answer questions and make suggestions. Like the sign says, they are a custom shop and if they don’t have what you are looking for, they can help design and make it! I have recommended this shop to my friends in the past and will continue to do so. Thanks guy’s… keep up the great work!!

I brought in two sterling silver rings that I thrifted to be resized. As with most older jewelry, they were quite small. I, however, have stubby little fingers and needed them sized up quite significantly - like four sizes up.They were wonderful about the pricing, charging me the same as if I'd only gone a couple sizes up for each ring. They polished the rings up beautifully and you would never even know they'd been redone.I'm thrilled with the final results and would highly recommend the craftsmen there for any jewelry work you need!

I brought Fred a picture of a ring I wanted created as I had a very negative experience with a previous jeweller. Fred was amazing to work with from day one. He took the time to listen to me, gave me options with different diamond sizes and managed my expectations. Fred was very accommodating with the modifications I requested throughout the process, even after the ring was completed! He definitely takes pride in his work and wants his customers to be happy. The end result for me was a ring I love and and an experience I thoroughly enjoyed!

Worst and rudest experience at a jeweller! I do not recommend going here unless you want to be talked down to and made to feel stupid for asking questions. Worst experience I took my ring elsewhere and won’t be back.

They Just recently starting doing watches and shows. They have no accountability. I got my waterproof watch battery replaced and on my vacation it leaked alot of water and I’ve used it multiple time with no issue. after I called the guy who did my waterproof watch he said did I get it waterproof tested? And insinuated I need to get that when replacing battery. He wants me to bring the watch in so he can make some excuse that it’s not his fault.

I brought a silver and brass ring in to be resized. When I get it back it looks like they've taken the whole thing to a rough buffing wheel. The darkened bits were completely stripped, scratches everywhere, the polished finish now looks sandblasted and the aged finish is polished. And they tell me it'll wear and age to look like it did out of the box...I'm looking at hundreds of dollars to repair the damage done from other jewellers. If it could be replaced that would have been easier, but I can't.If you want to pay for amateurs to wreck your stuff, this is the shop. If you want simple work done well, go somewhere else.EDIT: And the reply does nothing to address what was done to the silver and the blackened parts. The brass might have been something I could ignore if the rest of the ring came back looking anything like it did when it went in.

When it came time to get my engagement ring, we decided to look into doing a custom ring. Fred at Rings and Things was recommended to both my fiancé and I separately, so we knew that was the place to go! We met with Fred and he had a idea right away with my description and a few idea photos. All the time lines he gave, he was on top of them. He worked within our budget, and didn’t let it compromise the design or style of the ring. When we received the ring, it was beautiful and exactly what we had imaged.We then also got Fred to recreate a ring my grandmother had, and it was so perfect and looks the exact same. So pleased with his work and the experience, we will definitely use him for any jewelry needs and continue to recommend him to everyone!

I wish they'd update their location or if they shut down completely. I went to the location according to what Kennedy's Parabels told me to go. Google maps also told me to go to their location on 2nd Avenue. All I wanted was to have my Rosary fixed. They are no where to be located as far as I'm concerned. Bateman's jewelry happened to be on that street so I went there for their absolutely awesome service. Its really to bad because I've heard so many good things about Rings n' things only to not find them and assume that this is probably a business that is no longer open because of COVID.Edit; both the Google maps address and the adress Parables gave me match up at 249A 2nd Ave South. Couldn't find them for being up and down that street several times. Even if someone gave me a treasure map I still couldn't find them.
