The experience was unpleasant. The waitress was consistently rude, making faces and ignoring requests for water. Other staff members were friendly, but her behavior made me uncomfortable. The food was decent, but it was clear she didn't enjoy her job. Overall, it was my first and last time dining there.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Food was delicious and we'll prepared.So many good things on the menu. I would recommend the grilled chicken combo like I had in picture I posted. Sticky rice was very sticky and super tasty.

I love the place and the food, however, the service could use a bit more listen skills. We always order the same pho number #16, asking for a specific noodle on the side not in the soup style. Sometimes they get it and sometimes not.Food is excellent.Service is a 4/5 as they somethings dont get our order correct.Over all great spot for those in Edmonton wanting a good Pho to have.

Very friendly staff and food always fresh. They always remember me immediately. Never had a bad tasting dish here. Prices are a little higher , but who can blame then with the inflation we are experiencing

We had 5 adults and 2 children and ordered 5-color vermicelli bowl and a chicken fried rice. Horrible, food is definitely not fresh and felt like they've put them in the fridge for a few days and just microwaved them before serving us. Chicken fried rice is like $20 but the chicken was tasteless, not to mentioned the size is like ridiculously small (I guess that's a good thing since the dish tastes so bad?). I love Vietnamese food but definitely won't go back to this one ever again. I don't know where all the good reviews come from, they are either fake or the chef must've gotten replaced recently.

A great place for pho in Edmonton. The portions are big with lots of beef. They have a large menu that includes Vermicelli bowls, Fried Rice and lots of pho options. The Beef Satay Soup looks good too. The staff is friendly and efficient. Plus they accept Credit Cards and Debit too. Not too many Asian restaurants accept card. Worth the drive out to North Edmonton.

I love this restaurant and I'm a regular. The staff are very friendly. But this is the 6th time I order vermicelli dish without any fish sauce. I have to keep eating dry vermicelli for dinner.Normally, it comes with the red spicy sauce and a fish sauce. I always made it clear to the waitress that I don't eat spicy, and I would like to replace the spicy sauce with hoisin sauce. I have to repeat it several times that not to replace the fish sauce with hoisin sauce. I want fish sauce and hoisin sauce for my dish.And yet, for the sixth time I order a take out, I still get served with a spicy red sauce I didn't want and hoisin sauce. Where's my fish sauce? Lol I'm done!Maybe one day when I go back to this restaurant, I'll change my review back to 5 if they don't make me it vermicelli dish like dry noodles.

I stumbled across this place because Pho Hoan Pasteur was closed. It surprised me by how great the soup was! I had the satay beef and my pops had the Bun Bo Hue. Would definitely come back here in the future. Staff is REALLY friendly and nice. Smiles a lot. Maybe too much...

Ordered salad roll and wonton soup. Wonton soup is ok. The salad roll is bad. I came cause i am craving it. Every pho place i order salad roll and it is always good and fresh. Here, the pork is sour and hard. Really stale tasting. I will make sure to share the good salad rolls next time from another place. I get so excited to eat them i forget to take pictures. Prices are too high to be serving this bad food.
