I recently visited Nelson Stadium for my sons football game, Nelson Stadium is very easy to get to, minutes off the 403, lots of signage provides good directions. Lots of parking close to the entrance. The bleachers are uncovered so bring rain protection. Public washrooms are clean. The are lots of fast food restaurants nearby for pre or post game snacks.

Very nice field. Only issue is that it is not very disability friendly as the entrance is not on the same side as the stands.
