Kristin is every bride's dream! She was the best, she made planning a wedding from 2 provinces away super easy. She cared about the little details that I wanted to overlook and I'm glad that she did because our wedding was everything that I dreamed it would be. All our guests were really happy with the flow of our wedding and that's all thanks to Kristin & the RMWE Team.

Rocky Mountain Weddings was absolutely amazing when planning our wedding. My now husband and I live in the US so we were worried about planning our wedding from such a far distance but Harry was a lifesaver. He did an amazing job to make our wedding such a special day. We loved working with them and will recommend them to everyone we know!

We had our wedding last Friday and hired Harry from RMWE to be our month/day of coordinator. Best decision ever!!! We really wanted the wedding to be zero stress for our wedding party, family and friends and Harry and the team made that a reality. Harry was so kind and reassuring during every phase of planning and prep and his expertise was really invaluable. Especially for couples planning a wedding in Canmore from out of province, I would 100% recommend this service to keep your sanity in check and to make sure everything goes off without a hitch. I truly do not know how so many of the logistics things would've gotten done otherwise (e.g. picking up bouquets/boutonnière and delivering to our separate getting ready spots; picking up cake and getting it set-up, among dozens of other things) unless we put our wedding party/family to work the day of. It was also super convenient to be able to rent certain things from RMWE (e.g. candles) since we were flying for the wedding and couldn't bring much decor ourselves.After the wedding, our families have repeatedly told us how relaxing and fun our wedding weekend was: Mission accomplished! Absolutely worth every penny. Thank you so much Harry and RMWE!

Kristin and her team at RMWE were wonderful! We worked with Kristin to plan our wedding in Canmore and had the most incredible experience. We started working with Kristin soon after we got engaged, and after our first meeting, she wowed us with her understanding of what we wanted and how easy she was to work with.Kristin made our whole wedding day and the weeks leading up to it completely stress-free. I can't thank Kristin enough for all the work she put into our wedding. We planned our wedding from across the country which made it difficult to check out different vendors. Kristin found all the best vendors and venues and helped us narrow everything down from afar. The day went off without a hitch and it was all thanks to Kristin's planning and organization. Kristin and her team were absolutely fantastic and essential to our planning process! As a doctor and IT security specialist planning our wedding remotely, we relied on the guidance and expertise of RMWE. It was incredibly helpful to be able to schedule unlimited meetings with Kristin as needed, and she used her extensive knowledge of our venue (The Banff Springs) to make suggestions and plan the design/decor. On the day of the wedding, it was amazing to not have to worry about anything and just focus on enjoying the day! Everything went off without a hitch! Kristin was also able to maintain all our vendor contacts and deal with logistics and payment. We planned a fusion Indian/Western wedding, and she was enthusiastic about learning about the traditional elements of an Indian wedding. Her team even built us a beautiful mandap from scratch! Our day turned out to be everything we had hoped and dreamed for - and even blew away our guests! Kristin made the whole planning experience enjoyable by by being accommodating, with phone calls, emails and in person meetings to providing her knowledge and expertise about local vendors and suggestions on how to make our day run smoothly and within our budget. It’s not easy planning a destination wedding but Kristin truly made us feel that Banff was just in our backyard. On the day of, she made us feel at ease and went out of her way to ensure everything went to plan without a bump in the road. Lindsay was another delight, we are not the most comfortable in front of the camera, but she made us feel at home and natural! Our photos are stunning and something we will proudly show off to anyone for years to come. Would recommend these professional ladies to anyone looking to get married in the Rockies!

Working with Kristin at RMWE was a dream! Planning our Banff wedding from Toronto, we had a really good idea of what we wanted our wedding to be, but were unable to be there to scope out our options firsthand. At first, we were just looking for an on-site coordinator to help set up the venues we had selected, but when we came across RMWE it was clear that they have a TON of experience with all of the vendors in the area, and the logistics and finer details of event planning in the town, and we were so excited to ask them to work with us on a coordination level.Having Kristin shortlist vendors for us, deal with the agreement contracts and financials, and figure out all the logistics of the day was a dream, and allowed us to really focus on the aspects of planning that we found fun! On the actual day of our wedding, the team got every detail of our vision right. It was so exciting to see it all come together. I couldn't thank Kristin and the team enough for their calm energy, great positive vibes, and ability to blend in with our family and friends so effortlessly. Months later, we are still hearing from our family and friends how perfect the day was, and we agree!If you are considering whether or not to go for a wedding coordinator in the area, absolutely do it, and go with RMWE!
