Was my first visit. Quickly stopped in for some bakery buns to make homemade garlic bread with dinner around 4pm... which I could not find any... the whole back corner there was pretty empty. As an employee did roll out to fill the sandwich breads, there was still nothing on the artisan side. Pretty disappointing. Even when I decided to grab a quick snack before leaving, pita and hummus.. the pita choices were all rock hard and stale. Not to mention the bag said white pita, which it was clearly whole wheat.

Very clean and spacious for people to move around without feeling you're in everyone else's way. Great prices compared to others especially in a world where everything seems to be crazy expensive. I hope you will continue to keep your prices at a fair level that everyone can afford to eat.

I searched every aisle. Every cooler and freezer. I asked employees and random people shopping there. I could not find a single frill. Zero frills. No frills one would say. I do however have one concern. Like when they say they won't be beat what do they mean? Won't be beat at billiards? Foot race? Jousting??! Very unclear.

Out of stock on most items . bad fruits, tomatoes were all mushy. No meat in freezers when i go there. mshrooms were full of mold. Bread is extremely expensive. And i dont get any points for shopping. VERY SAD .I STILL SHOP THERE BUT DONT BUY ALOT ANY MORE .CANT AFFORD IT.

Nothing wrong with the store itself this is a review for the customer service department. Left an entire bag of groceries there and there was no way of contacting the store personally. I had to call a 1800 number and the guy I spoke to wasn’t helpful he just confirmed that the bag was there. Didn’t want to recontact them for me saying I would be by the next day since I live way out of town and wasn’t going to drive in again. Who knows how this is going to work. I am going to try today to get my bag. Terrible customer service, why can’t we reach the store directly so ridiculous!

Absolutely one of the best grocery stores I've been to. It's always pretty clean, got lots stocked and the cashier's have always been very nice. The prices are fantastic too! The owners also hold a ton of customer appreciation events/sales which I really enjoy (bouncy castle, face painting, photos, raffles, etc). Their Facebook page is VERY responsive and posts often to keep their customers in the know on any good sales and products.

This No Frills is just ok. They do not keep up with stock. Sale items are always sold out. Out of all the grocery stores in Pembroke, they have the WORST fruit and vegetables. Was there 2 Sundays ago, and everything I went to buy was rotten. Will stick with Renfrew's No Frills. Always clean, well stocked, and beautiful produce.
