AmeriSpec inspector was very knowledgeable about all aspects of my new home. He explained everything in detail, and made me feel very comfortable about my choices.

It was an amazing service all the way. From, the moment i called to take an appointment, they made the impossible to find me a spot with the inspector i wanted even though they were overbooked. Then, the day of the inspection, Stephane took the time to explain ro me everything throughout the inspection and assured me i could contact him anytime. The inspector came to the house earlier than the appointment time. He was checking the house very carefully and made sure that everything little things were checked. He is very nice and professional.
