My family and I had a wonderful experience in the clinic with Dr. Sura. The staff was wonderful. The reception lady was extremely professional, friendly and very positive.. she almost made us forget that we were even sick. Their online booking system is very convenient and easy to use, and it is a great place to visit for a doctor.

Dr.Aboud is literally the best family doctor we have had ever. He’s guided my wife and I over a couple of years and helped us in the process when my wife got pregnant and also with my new born who is now 8 months old. He is very knowledgeable and is always willing to listen and guide you through your medical needs. We have suggested his expertise to our close friends and family and they too have had an amazing experience with him.

Our family started visiting this clinic and pharmacy shortly after moving to Milton 2 yrs ago. We have found all staff to be friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. We would definitely recommend it to our friends.

Look no further....FANTASTIC medical clinic accepting new patients!! Today was my first appointment with Dr. Aboud and he was amazing! Very thorough Dr. that listens to your concerns and acts on them immediately. Blood work done, imaging ordered & next appointment booked. The lab and pharmacy in the clinic is so convenient & quick.....thank you to Amua for explaining my medication to me. The clinical staff were so kind and friendly they made you feel very welcome......amazing!! One more thing.....this is the cleanest" clinic I've ever experienced. See you all soon!!"

Horrible customer service and policies. Not sure where to point the finger here.I schedule a video appt. The receptionist informs that they will charge me 65$ for a no show.I attend the appointment on time. 20 mins pass and the doc is a no show. I call the receptionist. She informs me that the doc has an hour window to show up in. I ask her if she expects me to wait an hour for my appointment. She says no. I ask her how much time I am expected to wait. She says she doesn't know - but 20 minutes are fine.I ask her how would they know if I was a no-show.Anyways.... long story short she tells me that the doc will call me to tell me he's ready. I say thats a great idea instead of me waiting for an hour for him not to show.Guess what... its 617pm, and he still hasn't called.

What a great find! My wife and I both had appts at this clinic today. Admin. staff, medical staff, and pharmacist were all very accommodating, friendly, and professional. Highly recommend!

Guys by far the best walking clinic in Milton, hardly no wait times and costumer care is incredible, I used to go to Holy but two hours waiting, that’s crazy, Doctor also can call you and give the prescription over the phone same day, that’s great.

Worst experience going to that clinic.I took my daughter to get her to be examined by the doctor. Receptionist said Do the Corona test first then Doctor will check right away. We did the Corona test which came Negative. Then she said Doctor went out for some time and will be able to see her after Twenty minutes. We said OK we will wait and I told her that I have another appointment to fulfill. After taking her health card and other patient information she said you have to wait further because doctor got to see another person before you . I had another appointment to meet if she have told me at first that it's gonna take very long time I should have decided differently to meet my other appointment but she never told me truthfully and wasted my time. Front desk person and another person probably a management guy behaved very rudely. No respect for the patient nor for their time. Finally I had to cancel my appointment and go to another clinic to get my daughter to be seen by a doctor. Hopefully they don't charge the OHIP.( I am gonna check with ohip anyway and probably their professional council or body too to convey how they are treating their patients ) . They treated me like I have no respect , they are the Gods and this is the only clinic on earth. Absolutely no go clinic due to their unprofessional and disrespectful behaviour.

I have only been to the clinic once, but I do want to express my gratitude for the team there. Last week, I was in a pinch with a health concern and a tight schedule. After giving them a call, they were able to get me in, checked, and with a prescription all in good time. It was a huge relief. Furthermore, the staff were friendly. Thank you!

Amna pays such great attention to detail. She is a wonderful pharmacist and always meets and exceeds my expectations.I would recommend to everyone to get their prescriptions filled by her. She has special ordered for me and always has what I need.Thanks Amna for all the help!
