Good location but very very sketchy and very expensive. Saw a homeless check all the car doors to see if someone didnt lock their car door in broad daylight. They have security in the evenings but they need one 24/7.

Very expensive and came back to my windows smashed in and roof damaged. Also note multiple other cars all had windows smashed. Park elsewhere this place is not safe.

Never had issues parking here. Later in the day the parking gets to almost capacity. I have to park on the very top only once. Pay at the machine is convenient. There is an attendant early morning. I haven't seen anyone past 9am though.

This is the worst parkade we have ever been in…and very expensive. The elevator didn’t work and we, being seniors, did not like walking up and down to and from the top level to the main floor. The stairs are very uneven as though the cement is wearing away. My foot slipped on a worn step and I fell down. Luckily, my husband was ahead of me and was able to stop my falling further down. And last, but not least…the staircase smelled like urine and that was disgusting. I have to go to this building again but am not looking forward to using this parkade once more.

As I was in town for a conference, it was easy to extend time on the app and when my car battery died, they were very helpful in giving me guidance on getting it going and on my way home!
