Highly impressed by the service received at this location. Justin was friendly, knowledgeable, and went well beyond the call of duty while assisting me with a challenging service request. If Employee of the Year goes to someone else at the end-of-year banquet, I will assume the company is corrupt and be left with no choice but to sell my BCE stock. Until that time, 5 stars.

I had to change provider for my phone. I went to the Bridgeport Bell outlet, and I can say I was treated like royalty. I even get a chair to sit on. I'm 86. The young man name Ben answered all my questions, and a short time swiched mely phone to Bell. I could keep my old phone number, all my stuff and my monthly will be $10 less. Thank you Ben.

Justin was fantastic! This was possibly the smoothest mobility appointment I've ever experienced! Plus it was a slightly complex ask involving my small business and purchasing the equipment outright. Go to this branch and ask for Justin!

While this is not a Bell Corporate store, they are licensed by bell to form new contracts including promotions. I was very appreciate that the gentleman I spoke to had some very helpful information. They were VERY polite and took the time I needed on the phone call to them. If you are a new customer to bell I'd highly rate this particular store for polite, professional and honest service.

I just had an absolutely perfect visit with Justin at your store. I watched him deal with an elderly man before me and s aw his compassion. By the time I stepped up it was 5:50 and a 6:00 shutdown but Justin never let it worry him he just sailed on and saved me money! Thank you Bell cause hour customer phone service sucks I’ve been a customer for 32 years and am happy but no I watches there Maybe look into that. Ty Bridgeport mall Bell and Justin

I would like to thank Justin @ bell mobility Bridgeport Plaza for being so patient and informative today. His professionalism is shown by not being pushy" with any product and his suggestions about a product are followed up by information I am able to understand(as I am definitely challenged with new technology) .I left the store with all the clear info I needed and a good feeling. I am certainly looking forward to purchasing another phone with Justin and Bell this fall."

Went in to get some information about their products and plans. The guy there was amazing and we came out with a fantastic experience and quite possibly, a new friend!
