Kimberly and her KALM Solution helpers were truly amazing in helping my family sort out our house. We had years of items that needed re-homing, donation, or recycling, which I found overwhelming, but Kimberly made it feel easy to manage and in good time. We made more money off of our sold items than anticipated, and it felt good to recycle or donate the rest. Kimberly was very kind, very hard working, and resourceful. A few years back I found myself helping my Aunt sell her house and move to a retirement home. At first it was overwhelming, panicky and stressful. I did not know where to start or what to do. Believe me it is a daunting task.So I hired Kim and Kalm Solutions who came in organized, downsized and had the answers and help as to how to get rid of things and where they could go. She had lots of ideas. Then Kalm did the work of removing items and organizing and packing up what was to be moved. In turn Kalm was there to organize and place items at the retirement home. It was a very smooth process. Our experience with Kim and her team was exceptional. The estate clearing of our parents home seemed like a monumental job at the outset. We did not know where to begin. After our initial consultation with Kim on our expectations she set to work. In no time at all the job was complete. Items were donated, sold or repurposed whenever possible. Kim and her helper work quickly and quietly. Kim always double checks before removing items and always asks if I am satisfied and if there is anything else she can do. At some point I will be selling our large home. Kim has already toured the house with a view to helping me sell items I cannot take to a smaller space.
