The Porch at Friars Bay Inn and Cottages | Jean-Pierre “JP” Beaujean and Nathalie Lacaille, are the new Managers of the Porch this year! They serve up breakfast and lunch with the normal fare and they have new ideas to share in the coming weeks, such as wine events and Friday night barbecue and music.

We love this place. From the beautiful water views to the super friendly staff, this restaurant has it all. I loved the fried fish and the sandwiches are great too. And don't fail to order dessert. I had a huge chunk of chocolate cheesecake that was to die for.

The Porch at Friar’s Bay Inn and Suites
We ate here twice for dinner and once for breakfast on our 2-night visit to Campobello. During our stay, this was the only restaurant on Campobello open for breakfast. (Prince Cafe opens at 10 AM.) Very clean restaurant, very friendly service, I had fish & chips both night--haddock, and it was terrific. Breakfast (pictured) was fine too. The restaurant sells crafts made by local residents.

Food was great, staff were all friendly.I will definitely come back here.I totally missed their “specials” on the blackboard. So don’t miss them.

Fast, friendly service, with a great View.We bith ordered the 2-pc fish and Chips. Large pieces of fish, and hand-cut fries (not frozen).The homemade pumpkin roll was also delicious.Highly recommend.

Very good espresso based coffee drinks. Service exceptional very attentive. Good home style cooking. The owners for just over a year run an efficient operation and are committed to making sure patrons leave smiling. They deserve and would appreciate your business.

It was a pleasant surprise. Simple cooking that tastes great and is very inexpensive for a tourist spot. The staff are super friendly and will get you smiling in no time. Have a porch burger, BLT, or fish and chips, and sit and watch the bay.
