I came to see Karen for anger issues mainly and to dig deeper into my inner wisdom. Karen was super caring, warm and professional. First, we had a chat to know what are the questions/ answers that I am looking for. What I really appreciated and valued is that Karen listened carefully to what I explained and right away she understood that I am overthinking/analytical person so she gave me the right advice regarding the session in order to have maximum benefits and it worked wonderfully (despite all the tears)! I was so curious and somehow skeptical about hypnotherapy experience prior to going, but I'm very glad I went. Highly recommended.

Karen is a warm, loving person who deeply cares about the well-being of her clients. I didn't know what to expect from the hypnotherapy experience prior to going. I went to see Karen for a particular reason, but I ended up having much greater insights than I was expecting into other aspects of my life in addition to my initial reason for going. I'm very glad I went and would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone seeking clarity and guidance.

I came to see Karen to find answers to unresolved issues and common themes in my life, and left her office with more than what I expected. Karen was very kind and empathetic, and she helped me find understanding on what was causing these unresolved issues. If you want to find some clarity and understanding, I recommend to see Karen.

I cannot say enough about Karen and the qhht session we had a few months ago. I had a great session with Karen. She was very professional and created a safe space for me. There was no rush, she explained everything to me really clearly (what to expect as I was a first timer), and the findings were so fascinating and unusual to me that even days later I’m still processing and having Ahaa-moments. It was fantastic introduction to Quantum healing and I would highly recommend her!
