I am a regular under their royalty program. Purchased on August 6th two boxes of goat milk ice cream, $7.99 each, as a treat for my dog, she had major diarrhea so I phoned next day and explained the staff on the line said shouldn’t be a problem for full refund, since she can see my purchase was under the royalty program. So I went back and expecting what I was promised for, however the staff process on the gift card which I don’t have a problem with, but the price that she refunded was $6.99 even though she says she can see my purchase, she just says it’s Saturday no one can help her to do the proper refund in my case, maybe she can leave a note for the manager who is going to be in on Monday. Neither the staff was trying to help or offer a better solution, nor her attitude was friendly. Disappointed very much, will not go back to this location.

Excellent service, we have a 6month old puppy. Jackie made us feel welcome was very kind to us and our dog. She took the time and helped us get the best food for her. Thank you. We will be back.

The employees go out of their way to help me with everything. I had a hard time narrowing down the proper kitty litter for my machine & they carry the feather light & am in the cat food program, buy 12 & 13th free!.11

I have been going to Pet Value for years but have not had any customer service until recently. One staff member, Kate, gave excellent service to me regarding my change of dog food.

New Management! This pet valu is great, the new owners always make sure to have stocked shelves, are very easy to talk with, extremely knowledgeable about all products and understand all pets as pet owners themselves!. Highly recommended , great location next to Canadian tire and the vet clinic.

I stopped in at this Petvalu location today and received great customer service from both of the new owners and Jamea.These girls know their stuff and helped me switch food for my very picky cat.It’s not surprising since these owners have both been in the industry for awhile.Well worth the drive from Thorold to stock up on everything I need.We will be back!
