Had a great experience getting my new trailer here. The folks I dealt with were particularly easy to work with and followed through with everything we discussed. I would definitely recommend checking them out, even if it means a little drive.

I have been dealing with McFarlane's since 2012, and could not speak more highly of the service I have received there. I have purchased two 6' x 12' enclosed utility trailers from them in that time, and have been very happy with their quality as well as the after-sales service. I have also rented trailers from them on occasion, and that experience has been smooth as well. 5-stars for sure, and I'd give more if I could!

Recently purchased a brand new 16 foot enclosed car hauler here, a beautiful Wells Cargo trailer great quality. Super nice service and couldn't have been easier. All the staff here I dealt with are professional but still have that small town feel too. Kyle took care of everything without any issues. Definately see this place for anything you need trailer wise!

I wish I would have bought a trailer from McFarlane trailers... but instead I bought a miska trailer. I bought from miska because I needed something bigger than what McFarlane’s had and I needed it right away. I’ve regretted my decision to do so since the day I picked my miska trailer up. I received my trailer with damage on it and to this day it still hasn’t been fixed and continues to literally fall apart after only one use. Do your homework before you buy a trailer else where. Below is some pictures of the damage that the trailer had on it at pickup, the panel that came unglued after one use and the axle bracket welded crooked. Also Brain was great to deal with and not pushy like the guys at miska. Also I’m sure he’d stand behind his product... unlike the guys at miska, that have a hard time calling back or even remembering my name! Like Paul the sales manager at miska.

I have rented from McFarlane Trailer Sales probably 10 times now. Each experience has been great, they are always very helpful and their trailers are always in top notch condition. Never had an issue and they always have the trailer I need. I Recommend them for sure!

Absolutely love their service. I first went with my new boat trailer that was having issues with its running lights. They did much more than asked for and totally cleaned up my setup to prevent any future concerns. I find it's hard to find places that do the right job for a great price, which I couldn't believe how cheap they did the work. Second time, because I had this trust with them I took my enclosed ski-doo trailer to update it. Same story. Did more than asked with no extra charges. I very much recommend this team if you are looking for high quality work at a the most competitive pricing. Ill be bring my boat trailer in soon for a rock guard instal. See you soon!

We purchased a new small cargo trailer for our music group. It is a 4 by 6 Pace America enclosed trailer which we ordered with dark blue sides to match our van colour! The trailer quality, size, appearance and price were very appealing. Mcfarlanes owner/employees were very helpful from our first visit and did everything we needed such as getting new license plate and installing appropriate hitch. I would definitely recommend their business to others. We drove 50 minutes to New Hamburg ...worth the drive!

I have to start out by saying 5 stars is not enough they went above and beyond I was in and out in under an hour buying my trailerThe best service I have ever gotten from a trailer place and I have been to them allI live 10 mins from two trailer places Bluewater and action I took the hour and 20 min ride and was worth every pennyThis place was cheaper and way faster serviceI read some of the reviews and the people that are crying about service is slow or what everwill learn a hard lesson when they go the the competitionYes this place is maybe a little under staffed so you have to be patient but like with every business good luck finding people that want to workI just want to thank all the staff for your help I wasted a week looking at trailers when I only needed an hour with you guysI will recommend you to any and everyone I knowThanks again I'll be back when I'm ready for the next one

After searching for months and driving past New Hamburg a dozen times, I finally was able to get my hands on a quality trailer. Thank you Kyle and Krystal for accommodating our business.
