Lexus of London

A neighbour of mine bought their Lexus home from Lexus of London and raved about the experience (I love the car) and about their sales rep (Jordon). So I started looking or my own Lexus ... and I have to tell you ... my first interactions with Jordon have been nothing short of fabulous. Impressive service at this dealership... everyone is so polite from the moment you walk through the door.

Most worst experience with a sale team.I never want to deal with London lexus. I want to give zero star to Lexus sales team. They were changing their words and bad communication issue within the team.I had a problem and made a appointment to meet the sales manager and he showed up 40 minutes late.Do not buy a car from London Lexus!!!!

There are no words to describe how wonderful Lisa Ali was from the beginning! Extremely thorough, she understood what I need and delivered that and more, with no pressure or the typical dealer attitude. Bonus: She arranged for the car to be delivered on her day off! Truly going above and beyond for the best client experience! Would recommend 100%!

I just bought rx 350 .Kevin was very professional and helpfull.I highly recommend this dealership as even GM Chris is hands on guy, looks after his customers.I literally purchased mine on the phone.

Just do your diligence if you are buying from here. I got a 'steal' of a deal on a used FIAT 500. I thought it looked fine online and I drove from Toronto to London to pick it up. Huge stains on both seats. The driver's side seat doesn't fold down, so nobody can get in the back seat from that side. 2 stars only because the car was cheap, which is hard to find in this market. All of the issues should have been disclosed, and I would have felt better about it. When I arrived in London, the salesman said that the car was detailed inside and out and was perfect". My mistake was trusting the guy and only giving it a cursory glance. The salesman tried to get me to sign a blank customer service form that he would fill out later. So just wanted to show my appreciation to my buddy Jordan, he is so professional and nice with all the customers, everyone loves him and he will do everything he can do make sure you will get 10/10 service. you might not believe me but he literally texted me when he was on vacation to get an update as my car was being ready for pick up. Also had to wait for me after hours so I can see the car and pick it up couple days after.Since it is a tough market to buy cars, knowing that you are doing business with fair and honest people is very valuable and Lexus of london will always be my go to for my future cars as well.Cheers Jordan,

Long time customer…service department is incredibly slow. Oil changes are minimum 90 minutes, and my last visit I was told it would be take 5 1/2 hours to swap my tires which were on rims already and in storage with the dealership. This is poor service and expecting customers to waste their weekday for a simple service is unacceptable and I now avoid all service at this dealership.

My experience was absolutely sublime( that is the most appropriate word I think). All the staff knowledge about their areas of expertise made purchasing my car flawless.Attention to every detail in the explanation process and professional. Manager is attentive and could not have been more caring.

I had a great experience purchasing a vehicle from Lexus of London. The sales associate, Rick, was attentive and provided the information that I needed to make my buying decision. And to top things off, my vehicle arrived a couple of months before the expected delivery date.

Awful customer service.May 26 I enquired about installing a dash cam via email to one of the sales representatives but no replyYesterday I asked an appointment for today ( if they have ) about a used RX 350 and No replyToday contacted them again for the RX 350 and they said a sales person will contact you shortly but no replyThey can simply say no and save my time. Terrible service
