We had a very nice time looking at jewellery and watches at this store. Elsa and Carlene were very welcoming and passionate about the items this store carries. Carlene was even kind enough to pull a special item out of the display case to show me her personal favorite luxury watch from the store, even though it was clearly well out of my price range.Honestly it's heartwarming and refreshing to be treated so well. Aside from the wonderful service we received, the boutique's items were all beautiful and in my opinion offer a very reasonable balance between affordability and fine craftsmanship. I would encourage anyone who is looking for jewellery in Vancouver to drop by Chopard to look at their stock. You may be pleasantly surprised at the quality and pricing of their items even when compared to luxury brands such as Tiffany or Cartier.

It’s a elegant place with prefect shopping experience. They have many beautiful Chopard time pieces showing in the boutique let me to try. All the staffs are very friendly, especially Miles who is expertise of watch helped me to find out my birthday gift, ALPINE EAGLE blue dial with diamond bezel. Love it. I’m sure I will buy new watch from them.

I discovered Chopard in the city in the past year and have been very happy with them on many levels.Customer service is EXCELLENT. No matter your purchase, large or small, Mo and Pearl are fantastic. They are patient, professional, and not too pushy. Frankly, just because you have money to spend doesn't mean you should or need to choose the most expensive item in the store.Mo especially have quite a good eye and have recommended pieces which I did not think I would like but fell in love with.Each shopping experience has been highlighted by their attention to detail, right down to bottles of Evian water, to a complimentary candle, to a cologne for my friend who came with me.Chopard's pieces, needless to say, are stunning. They aren't as mainstream as Cartier or Tiffany, but I find that actually makes their pieces more distinguished and truly takes someone who knows their fine jewelry to know what they are looking at.Check them out if you need a birthday gift, a photoshoot piece or an anniversary momento. Chopard will not disappoint!!

I had an amazing experience here. I came in with my fiancé and we ended up picking up something. Our sales associate, Vicky, was so kind and patient. My fiancé was definitely on the fence, but she never once made us feel pressured to purchase. You can really tell that she is a genuine person that is willing to go above and beyond to make your experience as wonderful as possible. We were offered refreshments right away and some chocolates as well. I hope to come back soon.

Went with a couple searching for their wedding bands. Watch caught my eye and the nice sales guy (I believe Moe was his name, pardon me if I am wrong) insisted I try it on. No pressure to buy at all and was nice enough to walk me through its features and whatnot. Also offered to send me the information to my email. Didn’t purchase the watch but I will be back once I get that raise :) My friends bought their wedding bands here and I believe on behalf of them I can say Pearlyn did an awesome job going through the specs, engraving, and delivery.

I and my partner have been to their store many times. Pearl and Moe helped us to pick out some beautiful pieces. I saw a piece online but they did not have it in the store. They ordered it from overseas and made sure it arrives on time for our special event. Highly recommended.

I cannot begin to express how thoroughly impressed with Pearlyn Ding I was. From entering the shop her passion for watches was apparent and she delighted in the two ancient time pieces my companion and I were wearing at the time. Her knowledge of the particular watch I was interested in was astonishing and her genuine interest in fine watches was so refreshing. She worked with me to find the right watch and ensure we found the right price for me. It was a brilliant experience and that is completely down to her thoughtful and enthusiastic attention. I cannot commend her highly enough. I'm delighted with my new watch, but it was the experience in shop and in the sale that made this such a special purchase.
