Terrible customer service, the owner was extremely rude when we placed our order. Told us to go elsewhere, and we probably should have. The food was subpar and the portions were too small.

I was served borderline raw shrimp, chicken and bacon. Called to get the issue resolved and was challenged to a fight from the owner John. I've eaten at this establishment my entire life and it used to be a staple for me. It's a shame what this man has done to this business. He even felt the need to leave his own review and if you don't believe me scroll down and look at John Tran. I feel bad for anybody who has to complain about the poor quality they receive. Get ready for backlash!

Great food, good prices! Really sweet dining room. The staff are so nice and wait times are reasonable. Take out is available. They have a good selection of food and don't mind making adjustments to combos I'd you want.

Service and food was terrible on several levels. Unfriendly, cold, and downright rude server failed to put in orders and when we tried waving him down to get service he would actually say he was too busy to help us. Even though we gave him our order, we didn't discover he hadn't put it in at all and we had already waited nearly an hour and a half before finding that out. Food was cheaply cooked and bland, nothing that one couldn't cook at home with far better results, not to mention the small portions compared to other Chinese restaurants in the area. For the same money and combo at Linn Chau's you'd get 3 times the food, far better quality and service. Avoid this rat hole at all costs.

Ordered take out today. a #5 and wonton soup. All i can say is i don’t know what happened to this place. When it was a little hole in the wall it was great, packed with flavour! Now, beef and broccoli taste bland- veggies not cooked. Honey garlic spare ribs- fry no sauce. Chicken Balls overly battered. Safe to say i’ll be sticking with golden fry or kv Chinese.

Nothing like i had there in the past years. Did not get everything we asked for. Ordered two side of sweet and sour and only got one. Garlic Spare ribs were as tough as a buffalo hide. Could not even eat them. Ordered a Cashew guy deng and might as well shopped an onion in chunks and added some cashews thats what ya get. Will not be ordering there again for a while.

We always loved the food at this place years ago, even when it was a little hole in the wall in the strip mall. We had always traveled from Saint John to Quispamsis to get chinese food there but we stopped going due to a few snappy behaviors from the owner. Their waitresses are always very friendly but often seem inexperienced. The best thing they have going for them now is the building itself, the opposite from when we first started eating there and their parents ran the restaurant. The chicken in the chicken balls doesn't seem as good anymore either, more connective tissue the last few times. Now we go to New Chinese Cuisine on our side of Saint John, instead of traveling out to KV. The food is better and they aren't rude when they make mistakes.
