This company does not know how to respect people's time. I booked a 12:30pm appointment many days in advance, confirmed the day before and then received an email at 1am (the morning of the 12:30pm appointment) advising of extra km charge. I agreed to it and confirmed once again my appointment for 2 cars for 12:30pm - I did this at 8:30am through email as all communication was through email. At 2pm (1.5 hours AFTER my scheduled appointment) I get an email stating that 'we just saw your email now so can we come another day?'. They do not respect their paying customer's time. Read other reviews stating the same thing...I should have paid attention. Terrible customer service.

Got the mobile detailing diamond package for 144.95 (plus tax ), not satisfied with the work done. Many areas left uncleaned, engine bay seems untouched and UV protection not applied. Also came over an hour late. Not what you expect when you pay for professional detailing.Did a good job on the seats, though.

I booked with this company but after waiting for over an hour after the scheduled appointmentment time, and no real response from the company I booked elsewhere.DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME

Well, called the number to arrange a mobile detailed service for a birthday present. Spoke with Austin". Settled on a date and time (4-13 @ noon) made the arrangements with family to have car preped and left in driveway.....etc.Noon came and went. Same number I called on website is a cell number. It was off. No texts went through so I Emailed the address on the site. No response. No one ever showed up. Nothing worse in life than having your time wasted. Don't waste your time with these guys"

Austin did a great job on our pick up truck and car. He was very professional and his pricing was very reasonable. Would not hesitate to use him again and have recommended him to others.

I had them come to do my truck and my daughter's car - I could have done better myself if I just rinsed it off and the damage they did to my daughter's car - used rim cleaner on her tinted windows which made them peel the overall experience cost me close to a grand in repairs and Still had two dirty vehicles the only thing that seemed to be done right was the vacuuming and this guy claimed he used to detail at Audi - doubt that very much - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY YOULL BE SORRY - I sure was

Guy was a no show on 2 seperate appointments, second appointment I sat for an hour waiting for him outside his house and he never answered the phone the multiple times I called.

Brought the bike in for spring cleaning. They did a great job, on time, fair price.I highly recommend this shop to get your ride ready for summer. Check them out!

Had an appointment for 11. No showed. After emailing and calling they finally texted back that they had car trouble. I asked if they were coming at all because I had already emptied the van and taken out all 4 car seats. They refused to answer. Very very unprofessional.
