This Location no longer serve pre-packed peanut with their sundae. (Unsure of this is all of McDonald’s in Canada or just this location.) We waited 15 min for a sundae and was very disappointed. It was half melted. Staff was rude and place was dirty. Food scrap on the floor or table at every single booth.Also they don’t have milkshake. Very disappointing.

The service at this McDonald's has decreased exponentially. The late night staff seems to always have some sort of argument as to why they can't serve me the food I ordered. Today I ordered something as simple as a large ice water and the guy told me that I was unable to order that I told him I was willing to pay for it and he said sorry I don't want to do it. This makes no sense to me I've never been to a restaurant where you're willing to pay for a product and they say no to you especially if it's just WATER. Especially when you're spending 30 to $40 each time just for two people you would expect better service. I hope management gets involved in actually makes a difference and teaches these people customer service it seems that customer service has gone down the drain. The employees act annoyed to serve you. It's super sad. I miss the good old days of good customer service. Not a Karen just want basic customer service.

McFlurry was super watery. There was a layer of melted liquid on top, and the spoon barely stayed in place. The staff member said it was watery because the ice cream is watery". Another staff member abruptly stepped in

This location used to be perfect for me, close to home and fast. But recently it had gone very downhill. With my most recent order, I went through the drive through and was told to park even though there was no more parking which left me only handicap parking. The wait was horrible and two employees were walking back and forth through the parking lot not even knowing whose order belonged to whom. Therefore, my order was cold and it wasn’t until I got home that I realized that even though the packaging was correct, my order inside was not. This is getting ridiculous, especially with how much more pricey items are now.

I recently visited this McDonald's in the late hours of the night, hoping to grab a quick bite to eat. However, to my disappointment, the restaurant was closed. I understand that businesses have to set their own hours, but I find it incredibly frustrating that McDonald's, a fast food chain known for its convenience and accessibility, would not be open when it's needed the most.The sign outside advertised that the restaurant was open 24/7, but apparently, that was not the case. It's unacceptable to advertise false information to customers and waste their time and effort to get there, only to find out it's closed. As a result, I had to find another place to eat, which was a huge inconvenience.I'm extremely disappointed with this experience and would not recommend this McDonald's location to anyone who values consistency and reliability. It's a shame that a big-name brand like McDonald's can't even keep their doors open when they claim to be available around the clock. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.

Mentally Checked out Staff. I just came here at 10:03pm they were open. Tried to order a Drink. The staff were still taking orders for staff only. They refused to ring in a Drink... I'm very concerned for Humanity when people are this mentally checked out.

Avoid it if you could…Don’t make a curbside order. Two Coffee takes 8-10 minutes as they wait for everyone’s order to be completed before taking them out. Drive through is no good either as you’d be asked to wait by the curbside…. Coffee is hit and miss. Better make your own as quality is good as water. It sucks as sometimes you need one on the go. Staff in charge of coffee is probably too lazy to change and brew a new batch. Just waste of time.

To be fair, for your average McDonalds chain this has to be one of the best i have visited.Restaurant, dining area and restrooms are clean, well maintained, spacious and apply a COVID friendly and sensible approach.Staff are pleasant and prompt.They also have a pretty big drive through in a convenient location.

Used to be one of the better run Mcdonalds. Has really deteriorated in the last year or so. Often asked to park from drive through orders because of the 'timer' even when no one is behind me and the order is standard and not complicated. Errors in orders. Even though this is the most convenient location, I will avoid it going forward.
