I am giving it 4 stars only because the location is very convenient for me, otherwise there are better parking lots out there. The pay machines do not work here so make sure to pay through honkmobile app ahead of time. When I arrived in the morning there was no smell but by evening the place started to smell bad.

Beware this is a private ProPark underground lot that is patrolled by municipal parking enforcement.Lot's payment machine's did not work and parking enforcement camped the lot knowing this was the case. Knew something was wrong when trying to pay at the machine but could not successfully complete the transaction so I took a photo. 2 minutes after leaving the lot the parking enforcement tickets my vehicle. Coincidence likely not.Opening a dispute with them resulted in them stating they have no log of machine malfunction for that date and time.Perfect system for taking revenue with no accountability.

Great! I usually take the TTC downtown, but needed to drive downtown this time. This place was affordable for the time I needed to be here, on a Saturday I paid the Saturday 10$ rate which is very reasonable. My car was left untouched, in fact, I even accidentally overstayed my allowed time, and did not get a fine!! This place is reasonable.
