Great salon clean sanitized fornpedi and well protected,everyone knows me by name. Love the girls here myself daughter and hubby goes here all the time we get massages by the machines.

Not my usual place, and I will not return. I should have known something was up when they started grinding off my shellac. Never seen that done before.... my nails actually hurt this morning. Also not the one to ask for designs, but I was feeling festive. Please see the snowflake I was charge $5 for.

I've been coming to this place for over a year. I am quite particular and have a certain expectation when I get any service done. I've been to many nail salons to try and find the best technician. I've stopped looking, this place may not seem like much, but the ladies here have great relationships with their clients, maybe not all of them but most do have regular clients. I go to Jasmin. If you are someone who likes designs and more of a creative look, she's your gal. Jennifer is also wonderful with her clients and will entertain you with her chatter :-) Give this place a shot!

Went here last year, they cut some of my skin off. I got no discount and the nails came off the next day..

If I could give 0/5 stars, I would. I had a “pedicure” done last week by Michelle. I called ahead and someone on the phone said to come for 7:15 PM. When I arrived on time, Michelle simply said to wait but didn’t say anything further. I ended up waiting for over half an hour.When she was finally ready for me, she tried to upsell the pedicure with shellac polish vs. regular. Despite confirming that I only wanted the pedicure with regular polish, she still insisted that I had the shellac pedicure. When I declined yet again, she rudely says “well I thought I could go home now” and kept complaining about how the service would take much longer now. It was extremely unprofessional and made me feel very uncomfortable as a paying customer. I didn’t understand why she would waste my time by making me wait for over 30 minutes when I called ahead to confirm the time, then attempt to bully me into upgrading a service for her benefit.Oh, the icing on the cake: she rushed through the “service” and left in 15 minutes. Calling whatever happened a “service” would be an insult to all service providers. Just appalling behaviour which made for a very bad experience here. 0/10, would not recommend.

I go here all the time and most of the time they do a really good job. There’s usually no wait time, and they have a good selection of gel and shellac colors. The only thing I can say is that sometimes the quality of work can be inconsistent. Today I went and it was 10/10. The other day I went and my manicure was pretty bad, but I asked the lady to fix it and she did with no complaints. I had Joy today and she was great!

Had the worst experience with my cousin at this nail salon. They kept adding 5 dollars here 5 dollars there for things on our nails unexplained. We both got gel on our nails and not even 4 days later my nails are already starting to lift.. I was already unhappy as was my cousin with how they did my nails after I kept telling them how I wanted them. Can’t believe I had to spend $250 for everything but tips on top of that. This place is very unfair and VERY RUSHED. I wish I could remember the ladies names who did our nails .. the one girl got into my face after I complained about the price because it seemed very unfair after the fact we were both unhappy with our nails and what we got. WASTE OF MONEY FYI.. don’t go to a place close to your house just because..

Kathy Nails is the absolute BEST!!! All of the staff are amazing... very talented, friendly, professional and fun!!! Very clean & hygienic. There's no better place to get your nails done. Love love love. Thanks so much girls!!!

I have been going here for 11 years and feel that it is a time for a change! Their prices have recently gone up after their much needed renovation. You can understand price increases but it has affected the quality. My Gel nails chip almost every time now. I kept mentioning it to Jessica in a nice way but it keeps happening. Time to look for a new nail salon.
