watch battery replacement for a vintage watch originally purchased at Birks. Very accommodating, and very reasonable. Some very nice, if pricey products in here, but also competitive at lower price points.

Had an issue with a return this week (due to one salesperson) and was quickly contacted by Gail --the very next day--and the complaint was dealt with with courtesy and promptness. I am so happy with the exchange which is a necklace I love and will wear for many years.

Me and husband went into store Nov 30, 2019 looking to replace our wedding bands and we were completely ignored for at least 15 minutes. No eye contact or acknowledgement whatsoever. Went across the street to Lungaro jewelry store instead maybe they are willing to take our money.

this place has the worst service I have ever experienced in Victoria for a jewerlly store.I took my watch to be repaired because the crown fell off. They phoned me for an estimate 2 weeks later of $130.00 and I said go ahead. It took almost a month later before it was ready. When I picked it up the cost was $580.00. I said no way that's not what you said. They replied too bad if you don't pay you don't get your watch back.Ripped me off like those dishonest car repairs places. Can't trust them.

CLOSEDBirks Store in Victoria BC store on Government St was been closed several months ago but Google Maps still show it. No stores on Vancouver Island according to Birks rep in phone call 14 Sep 2022.
