Maxx Sone, new owner of “Julia’s Window Fashions,” is very successfully learning all aspects of the business including the complicated inner workings of blinds. He has developed an excellent relationship with the Hunter Douglas company and even sent them a video to show them my blind’s opening/closing problem. Max has not forgotten customers who purchased from Julia and gives them every attention until a problem is fixed. Both Max and Jeff, curtain/blind installer, are very personable and professional as they work in your home. They do not give up until the problem is resolved. Thanks to both of you, my blind is sliding very smoothly.
