Can someone please help, investoproperty run by ryley ward is a come sham I need help claiming back my money. He has no remorse to take peoples money. He has robbed be and damaged my home

DO NOT TRUST Ryley from Ward Home BuildersRyley, Failed to provide service as per the contract although we paid in full. This company is out to defraud customers and collect money upfront with no intention of providing service. Beware! Do not pay upfront. There has been 5 days when snow plow and salt service was to be provided to our home as per our contract and this company has not once shown up. We have waited for Ryley to come service our property again, again, he still hasn’t even dropped off salt that we've been waiting for from October, which was included in the contract. He continues to make excuses, even stating that he is on his way to our home and then never shows up and that he has contracted out our job to another company, and yet no one ever shows. We paid in full for a service that he has not once provided. We have asked for a full refund, we will have to hire someone to service our property, he has told us there are no refunds.. The fact that he gives so many excuses for his lack of service, I’m actually shocked that he takes customers money with no intention to provide the service he agreed to in his contract. Our driveway is frozen and is now a liability, we are scrambling to find a last minute snow removal service to come and ensure our property is safe for us and the other tenants. I have a contract and all texts and emails that provides proof. SEE THE BUSINESS NAME ON THE ESTIMATE that I paid.

Ward Home Builder was fantastic! I would give this company 10 stars if it were available. I have been looking forward to entertaining friends and family in my backyard and I was embarrassed about the state of my interlock. After they got finished, it had completely transformed my outdoor space. I will be proud to show off the new space going forward. I will definitely be reaching out to Ward Home Builder again for some other projects in the near future. Thank you Ryley!

Had my Home painted, (walls) only and was duly done in time. Ryley was very professional and finished the job as promised. Also had Baseboard Trims redone by His team and the home look excellent now.

They responded right away as I had an emergency with an electrical plug. He showed up really quickly and was respectful. The job was done perfect, will recommend this team

This company investo property management is out to defraud customers and collect money upfront with no intention of providing service. Beware! Do not pay upfront.We waited for Ryley to come complete our job which he never started and now he say go to civil court and take your money, He is crook running away with people hard earned money.. I will for sure drag him in the court of law but I don’t want any other customer to get cheated by him..RegardsKulmeet

Great Response time by these guys; I don't think they sleep :); always working. Although I didn't use the service (electrical) I was advised professionally and promptly by Customer Service and their electrician followed up within minutes. Will definitely consider for future use if needed.Reliable and Fast is the Key!

Thank you Ward Home Builder for coming to our home in Brampton we had them repair our basement windows that we hired someone to do but they installed wrong they did a wonderful job we will definitely use them for future work!!
