Probably the nastiest Subway I’ve ever been to. Had no cookies, not all of the toppings, and had puddles on the floor inside.

I just left and not ordered. We were 5 clients waiting and the 2 employees were just there taking they're sweet time making 1 6inches sub and casually talking and not giving any look or words to customers. Not going there again.

A good, sure quality choice when wanting to eat affordably and quickly - the healthiest fast food. The store is pleasant, service rather friendly and the location is right in the heart of Quebec City.

Food is sour and awful, the staff hardly understand english and make fun of you right in front of you when something is their fault. Store was dirty and wifi unavailable. Worst subway and servers i have ever encountered

Just ordered a cold cut sub combo from this location through Skip. My order arrived and there was NO MEAT AT ALL on my sub. Called the restaurant and was basically brushed off. No help at all. Guy on the phone just sounded bored. Never order from there again!!

Horrible customer service is people got seven subs and they wouldn’t even serve the next people in line so you had to wait till seven subs were made and they are very rude.

Will not let you order bacon no matter what you are willing to pay for the bacon, on a small sub… It makes zero senes as I ordered a small sub with bacon without any problem the last two days here at the same location.

Went there for lunch with my family. Restaurant was clean and they made us 6 subs in a little amount of time. Staff was also nice.

I eat here every week as it is the closest to my college. The restaurant is always kept clean and service fairly fast, although due to Québec's issue with not enough people to meet the demand, this restaurant like any other around tend to have some new employees from time to time, so please do not be impatient with them. As Subways go this one is a pretty decent one. My review is mostly based on comparison to other subways this one being exactly what I'd expect it to be. Clean, fast service and mostly nice employees.
