I've been going here since I moved to Edmonton a year ago.Everyone here is so amazing. They're easy to talk to, work with, and have gotten everything I needed done to my car done in 24hrs.I highly recommend Jaimee as your rep. Whenever something goes wrong, she is always the first person I call and she's gets me in right away. She does her best with prices and overall one of the greatest people to work with. She's completely understanding of life situations and does everything she can to get you what you need done at a fair offer. She's amazing. 10/10 service. Lakewood is the place to go!

My wife and I had an amazing experience with Lakewood Chevrolet. We explained to them exactly what we wanted and they overdelivered . Even though we live outside of Edmonton (Yellowknife), that did not stop them from finding us exactly what we needed as a family. We not only bought a new vehicle, but also traded in our van. And the process went smoothly and was stress free. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking to to buy or trade in their vehicle.

Absolutely amazing service, the best I have received from a dealer.The story - I had an issue with the exhaust system on my truck and being from out of town, this was possibly going to leave me stranded or delay my return to my home city.I contacted Lakewood Chevrolet, communicated my problem and situation, dropped the vehicle off the next day and got it back the same day all fixed! Zero inconvenience's were experienced by my self - all thanks to the amazing and professional service I received.From arranging transportation for me to and from the dealer, continuous updates and communication, I could not be more please! There is a lot to be said about the person to person interactions and customer service.A very big thank you and much appreciation to Josee for making this the smoothest dealer interaction I have ever been involved in! Definitely deserves employee of the month or raise in pay! If I could tip a service tech, I would have. Thanks also to the service tech foreman, you got it done!

Great experience! I was helped by Raj Virk and he was attentive to all my questions. It was my first car and I was concerned about the reliability and the winter preparation. But the winter tires were included and the SUV fulfills my needs. Something that really liked me is the inspections and carfax made before selling.Thanks Raj and the entire team.

Lakewood. When i dropped my truck off to you it was spotless inside and out. Getting a truck back dirty from a dealership is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. It shows a lack of care and disregard for a customer's property. A reputable car dealership should prioritize cleanliness and ensure that their customers' vehicles are returned in the same condition they were received, if not better. It's important for customers to have confidence and trust in the dealership they do business with. If a dealership cannot uphold such basic standards, it's best to take your business elsewhere. I've included a picture I took in your yard after walking out the door from your service center and a close-up from home.Update.Following the great response from Lakewood on this issues i have increased the rating from my original 2 stars to 4.

Kind, courteous and professional service. I had my truck in for a manufacturer recall on a front passenger airbag sensor. When I called Lakewood to schedule this service they were very helpful and efficient in getting everything setup for me. Once I brought my truck in for service everything went smoothly from getting my truck checked in to arranging a shuttle driver to take me to work. Overall, I was very pleased with the service Lakewood provided. Thank you.

I bought my first vehicle from here I filled out a form online and within 5 minutes they called me and within two days I had a brand new vehicle all this took in place in may 2022. Everyone was excellent to deal with friendly with a smile. Today I went back for my first oil change, the service lady was awesome and smiled and very friendly when you talk to her. I recommend anybody else to go there excellent sales and service department. Well done everyone that works there !!
