I had the pleasure of dealing with Amritpal Singh, the CTO & Director of this company. He showed up at my door exactly at the time of my choice in professional attire, and had all of the tools organized and ready to get the job done. He did an oil change on two of our cars, but also thoroughly inspected the engine bay after he cleaned out the engine and the cabin air filters. He used a brand new sealed 5 litre bottle of Castrol edge oil, which was very impressive to see. He was very meticulous with maintaining cleanliness and I was surprised to see that not even a drop of oil was left on my drive way. He also went ahead and cleaned off the dirt and debris in the engine bay. He made recommendations on vehicle maintenance and showed me ways in which I can be more hands on and save money on my car maintenance. He finished the job off by completing a brief and final inspection to make sure everything was done right and provided us with air fresheners, and business stickers, which I now proudly display on my car.Their business model and practise rivals traditional means of vehicle maintenance. Gone are the days where you have to schedule an appointment at the garage or drive into a garage and wait in a line up . These guys come to you at your convenience, provide superior service, take passion in the work they do, are completely transparent about their work, educate you while the job is being done and best of all, do it at a price that is competitive if not cheaper than anywhere else.I highly recommend this business/service and would suggest that you download their app to make vehicle maintenance even easier. Two gentlemen showed up 1 hour after calling in to preform an oil change in driveway, excellent response time. Very professional, outstanding customer service. Excellent service. I inquired about a synthetic oil change and got a same day appointment a few hours later.The mechanic came right to my house and did the oil change on my driveway which was very convenient. In contrast, I drove to my regular shop yesterday only to find out their ex-employee had taken the socket attachment that was needed to remove my oil filter so I was out of luck. I also contacted another shop close by but they were too busy. Very inconvenient.These guys were quick, professional and clean. The mechanic was nice and personable and before the oil change he placed a large mat underneath the car to prevent any mess and used name brand oil (Mobil 1) and Fram filters. He showed me that the oil was sealed before using it to prove it was brand new.I had to download their app to pay for the service (while the mechanic was at my place) and it had a 10% off coupon preloaded which was great.The mechanic told me they also do mobile tire swaps ($50 for all 4 so long as they're already on rims).I'd definitely recommend this service and likely use it again.
