I am very happy with Mr. Mike’s service. I had a water line break on the weekend. I called Mr. Mike’s and Mike responded quickly to come out to assess the situation and he took the time to explain things to me, which was very helpful. He is responsive and personable, and very nice to deal with.Members of their Excavation and Trenchless Team including Brandon, Suren and Liam are very professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and focused. They kept me informed throughout the process, and got the job done efficiently.I would recommend Mr. Mike’s to anybody.

When it came to questions they had all the answers to all the questions we had. They were recommended by few people so when we had issues with our home and yard, we called them. They knew what the problem was right away and were very quick to fix it. The fact that our issues required excavation to fix had us very nervous but Mike reassured us all would work out. In the end we are absolutely thrilled that we chose Mr. Mike’s excavation to do the job. They were very understanding, very helpful, and very quick to get the job done. I had literally no knowledge or experience about trenchless sewer replacement but luckily Mike and his team were super professional, patient, and extremely helpful in helping me understand the process. I never felt like my lack of knowledge was being taken advantage of and they got the job done so fast!! Super impressed thanks Mike!

Very impressed with Mike from Mr. Mike's Excavation this past weekend- professional, friendly, down-to-earth, and above average helpful! Our water pipes were frozen and had all other plumbers/professionals were stumped (odd plumbing situation in our old house), Mike answered the call, took time to troubleshoot with me, and then told me he'd make some calls for me to help solve my issue. It seemed to me that he cared more about getting me out of my waterless situation than he did about any financial gain. Talking with Mike over the phone with the feeling that I was talking to a real human (rather than someone solely focused on efficiency and personal economic opportunity) was refreshing. I'll be back, Mr. Mikes!

Brandon, Joh, Suren, and Liam were great! Very professional!The finishing touches on the dig are delayed until the spring but Brandon has already set aside a 2-week window in April/May when he will come back and touch everything up.Great experience overall!

Mr. Mike’s Excavation & Trench-less service team of ( David,Hamza, Liam and Brandon) did an excellent job using there trench less bursting technology system to replace my collapsed sewer line today.I would encourage anyone whom is in need of sewer line replacement or excavation services to call Mr. Mike’s first.
