It's too bad I could not rate this company with a zero but let me tell you about my experience about trying to rent this apartment with this company. I signed a 2 years lease in March 2020 to move in for June 2020 and then Covid-19 hit and we were on lock down. I was in contact with the resident manager to let them know we were still taking the apartment. After the city reopening, a lady named G" advised us that she was having difficulty getting in contact with the current tenant and then offered me the option to take back my security deposit which sounded the alarm. After a second call to lady ''G" she let me know that the tenants were not leaving anymore and I should pick something else with market price value. I tried to express my disappointment as a lease was signed and I should have been accommodated with a comparable unit and since we couldn't come to an agreement. The call was escalated to head office. There

I have lived in a Lumen townhome for almost a year and it has been lovely so far! Jennifer (manager) is very quick to respond and has the maintenance staff address issues usually within a day. Every issue that I have reported (dryer not working well, fridge not keeping temp, drains clogged, fixture broken, etc.) has been fixed within 24 hours and things are working 100%. The property is clean, safe (that I have noticed), and very well maintained. There are a few air b&b units throughout the property, including the one right next to mine, but it is rarely rented and so actually makes for a quieter living space. I can hardly hear any activity from adjoining neighbours so it's not a problem at all.Hilda was great for showing me many different units that were available so it was nice to walk around and get a feel for the property layout. Nice walking paths throughout the townhomes and either Kenaston Blvd or grassy field views so if you are facing south on an exterior building you get beautiful sunsets.Yes, the rent is high, however I think it is worth every penny and if I could afford to stay for a few years, I would! I will be sad to leave Lumen townhomes.

We had confirmed a price for a 3 bedroom unit during our tour. We filled out an application form, and wanted to move in at the beginning of the month. When it came to signing the lease, we noticed the price jumped by a couple hundred dollars. It was frustrating because we confirmed the price listed on the site/ad and during our visit, and then to find they 'changed prices' during the time of application not even 1 week later without explanation. It was shady.

A very nice place to live with family.

I have been living in the townhouse for 4 years. I like it very much. The appliances are in a good condition after using for 4 years. The environment of the whole area is quite and neighbors are so nice. Property manager is a very nice person. Every time I have request, she just always replies quickly and helps me to solve the problem perfectly. I very much appreciate it. Overall, I would like to recommend to live here.

The environment is really lovely, we loved it, our kids loved it! Jennifer Johnson the asst property manager is super efficient, prompt and always willing to help.

Very friendly and nice atmosphere! They helped me find what I wanted in a very short time!
