I went in to get the suit for my wedding and the team was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and skilled. The fitting was a one and done and they accessorized my suit with the perfect matching bowtie, pocket square and vest. As soon as I opened my mouth with an idea, they knew exactly what I meant. I highly recommend stopping by and checking out Tom's place.

Four of us went in for suits and Paul took such good care of us. We tried on a few suits but Paul's first choice was always the best one. Thank you for the great, fast service and Thank you Tom for the discounts. HAPPY birthday Tom!

Tom's Place gave me Cheers vibes only instead of brew you have the leading retailer of designer men’s suits and accessories. The professional, knowledgeable salesman Dez, a sharply dressed veteran of the suit game made what I worried would be an overwhelming event into an easy hour of good conversation and smooth decision making. Now I'm confidently approaching the big day knowing I'm head to toe, cuff links and all, looking sharp and feeling great. How could I not? I have a hand crafted custom Italian suit and a new favourite go to for quality threads and exceptional service. If you're considering trying Tom's Place consider it no decision. Check it out. Great experience. Was immediately greeted and assisted by an employee, despite it being busy, and received personal support. They respected my budget, and quickly found something that worked for me. Also as a non-male LGBT+ person, they were very respectful and did not make an assumptions or comments. Their professionalism was excellent. Would recommend highly.

I still don't get how they do it. I walk in, the guy looks at me, tilts his head to the side, nods to himself, walks over to a rack, pulls out a random suit, and, as if it was waiting for me, fits me like a glove. I've got a few suits and several shirts & ties from Tom's, and they're all beautiful looking and beautiful quality. Some items I've had for over 2 decades and they've heartily withstood the test of time. Under-priced in my opinion (but let's keep that between us!).

Tom’s Place was probably one of the most memorable customer service experiences I have had to date. I purchased a suit today for an upcoming wedding. I was greeted the moment I walked in and quickly assigned a salesman to assist me with shopping. John helped me and his experience showed as he guessed my size which was affirmed by measurements. The first suit I was shown fit excellent and was of good quality. I read some of the poor reviews below but I find it hard to believe that someone would have that kind of experience at Tom’s Place. I’ve purchased a number of wardrobe staples and my experience has been consistent. Excellent staff, knowledgeable, non pressure environment and an excellent shopping experience.

Suits are decent and price points are good. Definitely a salesman atmosphere when you first walk in.I purchased two suits. The sales people are old-fashioned, if you like a slimmer look, ensure to be vocal and know exactly what you want. I made this mistake, and ended up asking them to make additional alterations during my first pick-up of the suits. Thankfully, they did this at no additional cost.The tailoring service is bad and costs $85 per suit. Upon picking up my items the second time, the jacket had been taken in slightly but not to the tightness level I had requested. For some reason, due to the tailoring, the double vent on the back of the jackets were completely sticking out almost at a 45° angle. I had not noticed while trying them on as my focus was on the tightness of the frontside stomach area. The sales rep however, certainly did notice it as he did a 360 around me, yet conveniently didn't mention it. The staff is a bit more intimidating when you aren't there to purchase something. I ended up taking the jackets to a different tailor, who was completely confused why/how the vents were sticking out. Stitching alterations on the pants/jackets are sloppy, and when doing a thorough inspection you can tell proper diligence wasn't taken.

Excellent experience buying a suit for a funeral. Like others I have heard the Tom’s Place ads on Newstalk 1010 and finally decided to check them out. When I walked in with my daughter we met Joe. He asked what we were looking for and our budget and whisked us through the labyrinth to the right place. He grabbed a chair for my daughter and got to work.It was amazing to see what 30 years of experience can do. In short order he had the perfect suit for me and had the tailor mark it up.You then go downstairs and Tom looks at everything you are buying and generously knocks down the prices.This was the most pleasant menswear experience I have had. I will not be buying my suits anywhere else in the future. Thanks Joe for your help!

I was in the nightmare scenario. Best friends wedding and I forgot my suit pants. I came to Tom’s place at open and was fitted and out the door in 30 minutes. Wonderful staff and great suits!
