Over priced, lack of cleanliness and unwelcoming staff. The seats start to hurt and are uncomfortable after a while and some are very dirty, covered in stains and popcorn.

Went to go see the Green Knight in theatre 11 which apparently has no soundproofing and is right next to the toilets. It was a little much when quiet ethereal scenes were constantly accompanied by a loud flushing from next door.

The VIP theatre IDs and turns away people as old as 60 if they don’t have their ID. Drunk with power, only going to landmark from now on!

My girls(age 15) went to see a late movie last night and got locked out. They waited for an hour for a cab but wanted to go back inside because a fight broke out at crazy cactus. Can you guys have a security guard to let minors back in?

I've gone to this theater my whole life, don't get me wrong, I love it, but there are very serious issues that need to be addressed. Coming out of the theater at anytime after dark, which is extremely normal for most people, is not safe whatsoever. There are A LOT of questionable people loitering around the doors; I can't even count the number of times people have asked me for money, cigarettes, given me compliments" I didn't ask for and I have even been followed to my car. I don't feel safe in a large group

This Cineplex is one of the worst I have been to.To start the seats are trash, by far the some of the most uncomfortable.Service for anything but popcorn is ungodly slow. I was the only person at the concessions stand and it took 15 minutes to make fries.Staff shouldnt talk so loud when they are being blatantly disrespectful to customer.Example: A staff member is making tater tots for themselves and the other staff member said I dont want to dirty another basket so I'll just wait until you are done to start the order". This was at 7pm
