I am so impressed with Frankie and Co! Their customer service is fantastic, they helped me with a custom order that was not only short notice but extremely specific. Catherine is very lovely and helpful and happy to give you a quote, suggestions or any help you need. The prices are also very reasonable and the variety is huge! Cannot highly enough recommend this store and their wonderful staff.

Okay...this is the type of GENUINE service and attention that is a model for any small business!! I called the store today, looking for help with my godson's birthday present for this Saturday...spoke with Lisa, ended up popping into the store about an hour later, and she went WAY BEYOND my expectations!! All with a smile and an HONEST affinity for helping me out! She'll have been a huge part of a six year old's grins and laughter this weekend! It was a treat today! Thanks, and I'll be back!

What an incredible store. I was able to get my better half an amazing gift, chocolates and some nostalgic candy all in one spot. Oh and they even have neat cards! I am very happy to have a local store like this for a guy like me to shop at. Quick, Convenient and small local business!! I am happy to spend my hard earned dollars here.

Fantastic company! I was coming from out of town and had a very unique balloon job. Lisa was a pleasure to deal with and this company did a great job! Looking forward to working with them again next time we’re in Vancouver.

Overall an incredible experience. The staff were so helpful and they had just what I needed to make our party a sucess. They have very unique products that are elegant and charming yet whimsical... wow all around :) a ton of people asked me where I got items and I happily told my friends to check it out... I know a visit to this store will brighten your day and make your event the best!! Have fun!

The customer service from the owner was amazing. There was a mistake from an employee and the owner recovered it PERFECTLY! As a small business owner we understand employees make mistakes and it's all in how you recovered it. The owner, I believe named Lisa?, went above and beyond to make sure we were happy.The balloon arch was beautiful, but based on their Instagram I expected it to be. I will be a live long customer now because of the service.Thank you

A must for any party. Lisa is the sweetest and her team makes the most perfect arrangements. They've got the best (and cutest) assortment of balloons and party supplies. We wouldn't go anywhere else! Thank you Lisa!

I knew I wanted some fabulous balloons for my 30th birthday, and I did not regret my choice of choosing Frankie&Co one bit! All I did was send them a moodboard of the event, and a colour scheme - and they absolutely killed it. When I arrived to pick up the garlands, I was in awe with how beautiful & perfect they were. They looked absolutely perfect with all of my other decor & I was so sad I didn't have room in my car at the end of the night to take them home with me!!!! Haha I tried really hard to fit them in. Will definitely be going to this team for any of my future balloon needs!!

Visited the store today, had to wait so long to be helped and then was not allowed to shop in the store. Had to name things I wanted and the lady had to go get them. Was wanting to buy a lot of my party supplies/decor there and they lost my business. This policy was not on their website or instagram page which would have saved me a trip all the way there.
