The staff are very friendly and helpful. Never pushy and well informed on the products they sell.

Nice furniture and amazing selection and good staff.... But very very pricey... unfortunately if you shop around you can usually find the same or similar product for much cheaper.

Good service and good deals. Only issue because of Covid, can't get the item I need until middle of June.They do have a good selection of product to look at.

the lady I dealt with was very nice , however the product I wanted to buy is 50 kms away and tell me I have to wait two weeks to receive it or drive up myself and get it myself , and when I called back to ask if I could possible receive it sooner , I was told it is what it is ! not good service for a repeat customer

My shopping experience at Colemans Brand source was outstanding, from the sales people to the delivery guys. The effort they made to satisfy my many requests was outstanding. Safe to say this will be the first place I will ever go for the Furniture and appliance needs. Thanks to everyone that I had a pleasure to deal with at this store.

Terrible service from the sales staff right up to the manager. Will never return. *Edit* I find it funny that the manager comes on this review site to offer to talk about my complaint now that I have gone public with my experience. We spoke directly with him at the time...He was totally uninterested and told us there was nothing could be done...

Great service

Purchased a GE dryer roughly a year ago. These dryers are known to have an issue with the timer knob. The knob, overtime will crack on the inside and cease to work. It's an easy replacement, or at least it should be.We contacted the Coleman's BrandSource location in Deer Lake, they had the part, would gladly help us out but suggested we contact the Corner Brook location first since we live here and it's closer. They were pretty confident they had the same part as it's a known issue and they keep them stocked.The person we made contact with in Corner Brook claimed their Parts and Service Specialist was on vacation and due to this, could not even sell us the knob we needed. We were surprised because the Deer Lake location shares this same specialist apparently but they had no issue giving us the part. We informed them their location in Deer Lake suggested we check with them first, to save us a trip. They seemed surprised that location made such a claim, the lady on the phone made absolutely no attempt to help. We were willing to purchase the knob at whatever cost.We called the Deer Lake location back, explained what was told to us, they told us if we made the trip out to Deer Lake they'd give us the knob at no cost, they order in dozens because it's such a common issue for people to run into with this brand of dryer. We did, and they did give us the knob at no cost to us other than the gas and inconvenience of driving out and back.If you want any products with Colemans, I highly suggest you deal with the crowd out in Deer Lake. They were informative, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help. I can not say the same about the location in Corner Brook.

Ordered a couch. Buddy said they had it 3 separate times. Said they did well they didn't. Got the couch and it was damaged. They offered me items of a separate couch. I will never go back.
