Apartments are everything that I can ask for -spacious, warm and insects free. Management is on very high level and very respectful. The woman in the office Marnet is amazing and deal with difficult situations with tact.

Marneh keep doing a Great job! I like the way she work. This luxurious appartement is close to center point mall. The space of our unit is just enough for us. If we have request Marneh reply and do the action right away thank you and we appreciate it very much. This place is a joke. Window leak, heats not on and it's almost November now. My balcony door is busted, my oven also leaks and the water is constantly barely hot or cold. Ive been taking pictures every day to take to the landlord tenant board about how I've been freezing and wasting more money to try and make it tolerable.Capriet has some really big balls to advertise the way they do.. there's no way a 1 bedroom apartment should be over 1500. Oh plus, you DONT get a locker, that is unless you want to also rent that on top of the ridiculous amount of rent they charge..

Had an old stove which broke down. Requested for repair or replacement. Response to request was very fast. Got a brand new replacement within a week. Wife is happy and I am! Eda and the rest of the staff are very responsive and professional!

This building is a joke. One elevator in the building is not working for weeks now causing so much inconvenience for the people living in this building and they can’t even provide tenants any information when will it get fixed. Also if you live in this apartment expect strangers to come in and out of the bldg and steal parcels out of your door step. No mailbox or concierge.

Great experience with the staff. Had a issue that needed immediate attention. The lady in the office Marneh (if i remember the name right) deal with my problem right away and everything work great after. Apartments are great and very warm. Staff is amazing and very helpful.Highly recommended property for your future residence.

Clean and repainted apartment. Kitchen fully furnished proper working cooking oven & fridge. Bathroom with shower inside bath tube. Washing machines & dryer are in the basement. Good service from management.
