Nail Zone

I went to the salon yesterday to do my nails for my birthday. I repeatedly told the stylist that I wanted acrylic nails regular polish but this man went ahead to do shellac saying it was my birthday and the money wasn't much of a difference. Had to spend more than I planned and also he was too hard on my nails. My nails hurt really bad,can't do much with it and I didn't like how it turned out. It felt like I was scammed. Never coming here again.

Even though my manicure was good. I was not informed how to remove shellac from my nails and that was really hard to do. Not sure if I will go back

I came to this salon for the first time and it was the WORST experience I have ever had, I walked in asking for an ACRLIC MANICURE and regular pedicure and was told to go sit down where this man started my nails while he was doing my nails I told him one of my nails weren’t even, he than rolled his eyes at me and told me that he knew what he was doing, he than asked me if it’s my first time here and I said yes he than goes “yeah you don’t know how we do things. We are very busy and never take walk-ins, check google we are number 1” I asked him we he took me in than and he had no answer...( during all this he kept telling me to get shellac nails and I kept telling him no and he kept asking for a reason why) once he was done with nails I noticed that he never gave me a MANICURE that I asked for and when I told him he said “you never asked me and to remember to tell him for next time”I went and sat in the pedicure area and when I was pulling up my leggings my nail polish came off (I thought it was already dry) and he told me “this is why you need shellac, because when u mess up we have to do it again”...I felt disrespected and so I asked speak to someone and when I was telling the person In charge how I was being treated , she didn’t apologize for my experience or the way I was being treated and she was only worried about what kind of review I was going to leave.I felt really unwanted and felt like they did not need my business at all...and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

REPLY; The store was closed so I went to another nail salon to get them removed painfully...----This picture is my nails after 3 weeks.... After waiting for half an hour from my appointment I let Jolie know that I wanted a temporary extension nail set that I would be able to remove easily myself and not damage my nails after a week. She used the worst product, I showed it to a fellow technician and she was surprised that this place has it. It was a powder like substance she applied, attaching my skin to it which caused hurtful inflammation and when the time came to take it off it was a long and tedious process. I also asked for a simple red pedicure and my nails are still stained red after removal?? Pricey for damaging results.

One thing for sure about this place is that they do quality nails, are very chic and available at the last minute. I came here on Christmas Eve as a last minute booking and so thankful they had opening. Giving it a 4/5 only because of the pricing for my refill. They could’ve told me to just to a fresh new set since it would’ve cheaper.

Popped in for a gel refill as I had 2 broken nails. Kevin was great, he has been doing nails for 20+ years and it shows - he is a master! He was quick, so nice and my nails are gorgeous ☺️

I’ve been going to nail zone for 4 years and I can honestly say it’s the absolute best nail salon ever. From the amazing staff to the atmosphere and quality of their work. Susan, John and Hannah are so so so amazing at what they do!!!! I recommend nail zone to everyone!!! 100/10

Amazing service! Took my daughter to get her first full set and Jolie did a fabulous job. The staff were so friendly. We stopped by the prior week to book the appointment and show them a picture of what my daughter wanted. They said it would be easy. Jolie was so gentle, super quick, but meticulous in her work. The designs were intricate and came out beatifully! I had been here years ago and trusted them with my 13 year old. I highly recommend this salon, and Jolie.

The massage chairs were basic and the pedicure wasn’t the greatest. My massage after the pedicure was next to nothing. She offered a foot scrub for 5 extra dollars which didn’t make sense to me since I’ve been all around town and that was included.

Super good service and fair pricing! This was my first time here and my nails look amazing! The staff there is super friendly, happy and helpful. Hannah did a great job on my nails!!
