The greasy looking Eastern Lady who runs night shift is very rude and lacking in customer service skills. I don't understand how someone who has no management skills has that title (probably family friends ... big surprise)I don't think this particular location has ever got an order correct ... please just go to ANY other location ... there are so many to choose from so there shouldn't be any excuses.

The foods always cold late at night! And if you dare ask for hot fries you get attitude. They have some girl there answering the intercom with such a sarcastic tone It just put you off. Where are the managers at night?

This McDonald’s has soggy chewy fries and soggy nuggets. Burgers taste old too. It’s the nearest McDonald’s to us but the last 5 times it’s been a total waste of money. The McDonald’s by the old ice house in London is the best comparison go there around lunch is when Ive been and everything is crispy and hot.

No one at counter for at least 5 mins, long wait for food, improperly filled order, messy. Owner should be made aware of this hot mess.

I asked for sundae some caramel. They gave me half a cup of ice cream. When I questioned the lady named Ashley said we fill the cup with caramel we don’t add more ice cream. She was abrupt. Don’t go there.

Clean, friendly staff, not so busy for dining during lunch hour. Took two kids under 4 for lunch and staff were very patient and helpful.We got a nuggets happy meal and a quarter pounder meal. Nuggets were cooked perfectly. Burger was intact lol.The place was also clean. Well done!

Been to this location many times and it has been getting worse! Starts with the classics of cold fries and missing items and now they stopped letting you adjust milkshake flavors like half and half for the shamrock shake. I have worked at McDonalds and done this at many locations for years. I was extremely disappointed when I could not get this. There are a lot of McDonalds might have to avoid this one moving forward.

This location could use some work on communication and accuracy. First, the drive through line up sat at a stand still for 5 mins. This location has 2 ordering stations and I then sat and watched 3 cars order in the lane beside me before I was even acknowledged at the speaker. No apology was given for the delay. When I finally got to the pick up window I was told to wait further for my food. When I complained about the wait already, my food was either prepared incorrectly or purposely given to me wrong. I asked for a cheeseburger with only ketchup for my young daughter and was given a burger with all the toppings. Strangely, the onions were hidden under the burger and we did not notice when we removed all the other unwanted toppings. Thankfully this was not an allergy issue. After interacting with 4 different employees not a single person apologized for the delay. Just poor service all around on this day.

I was there 7:34 today i ordered happy meal and mango smoothie it took them too long to give me the smoothie and when i asked why ?? they didn’t even apologise
