UPS Customer Centre Hold for Pick Up

Terrible service. My package has been at the Grand-Falls (Newfoundland) facility for over a week. My package shows it’s been delivered for over a week but it hasn’t been. I waited at my home for a full day (which made me miss a full day of work) for this package to show up, but no one ever came.

UPS driver is very unreliable and lazy. Been home waiting for days on my package, each time it says out for delivery but then will say attempted delivery shortly after because the driver doesn’t want to have to deliver the package. Last package before this one, Driver called me and told me to come outside to his van to get the package which was small and only about 3 lbs box because “he not allowed to leave his van” when doing deliveries to apartment buildings. If you call Day and Rose / Sameday in Grand Falls, they’ll say they got nothing to do with UPS at all, yet UPS location is Day and Rose warehouse.
