Had 3 quotes to fix my trucks dented bumper, Riston came in significantly lower and with the longest time in business. One place wanted to replace the entire bed side at an incredible cost. Louie was confident it could be pulled out and painted. He was right; finished product looks like nothing ever happened..and only 2 days to finish. Will come here again for any body work.

My experience from the moment I spoke with them on the phone asking about a quote, was wonderful! Louie prepared a thorough written quote that was reasonably priced. I loved the fact this auto body shop is centrally located and they have courtesy cars available while your car is being repaired. Jabe was super friendly and very accommodating while I kept changing the date to bring it in, due to my insurer taking ages to approve the repair. The repair was excellent, perfectly colour matched and done sooner than expected. My courtesy car was clean and much nicer than rental cars I've used in the past. To top it off, they gave me a really nice pen as a parting gift! A cute & unique way to let you know they value you as a customer. I can't recommend them enough!

Honest good people. Really made the entire experience painless. I visited 6 shops for an estimate and this shop was the most professional out of all of them. The folks at Ritson Collision Centre really took their time to explain the process. The car was in the shop for 3 days and they provided a loaner vehicle for the duration. The body work and paint job performed was high quality. They also detailed the car, which was a pleasant surprise. I would have no hesitation going back to Ritson Collision Centre and recommending them to family and friends.

I took my vehicle for fixing the under bumper shield and under engine shield. Louie gave me a reasonable quote and Olivia followed up with me after placing the order for the parts and arranged for a quick service appointment very next day as soon as the parts arrived. After fixing, I was surprised he charged me less than his quote. Very clean work and I will highly recommend Ritson Collision. Only thing they did not detail my car as they did other customers. :)

I got yellow road paint on my SUV.They removed the paint with no trace.Immaculate job.I had to get two prices for the City to pay for it.I got one.price from FIX IT AUTO and a price from Ritson Collison Centre.Ritson came in $2000.00 cheaper.Fix it Auto told me I had to replace all the trims.Louis told me he could get it off, and that's exactly what they did.Awesome job, thnx so much.Highly recommend this placeJohn Ouellette
