The Chocolate Moose
We walked in and waited in front of the staff for about 15 mins without being acknowledged. Three staff were serving 2 customers, when all the while they ignored us. I have never seen such discourteous, rude staff or owners. We didn't get to order and walked out after our lengthy wait. Wow, this still happens in the cosmopolitan Toronto? Ethnic groups ignoring other ethnicities. I am still in a shock!

It’s a little pricey, but oh my gosh the chocolate truffles are the best I’ve ever had. Smooth, not too sweet, amazing variety. Staff are also super sweet and welcoming!

Wonderful chocolates! While I’ve had them many times before, I only just recently visited for the first time to pick up a platter for a gift. I should have phoned ahead, but I showed up thinking I could buy a pre-made platter. They typically require people to pre-order them, but they were very kind and accommodating and made one for me there. They didn’t have to do that. I very much appreciated the gesture. I’ll definitely return (after placing my order ahead of time, of course.)

Owners are great they make delicious chocolate with little to no regard for my waistline. During the summer months you can get ice cream (soft serve). All products are either parve or chalav Israel and it is under supervision of the COR.All in all great people great chocolate. Not nut free but what chocolate place can be?Ok I gtg get another truffle cya soon.

Highly disappointed in this business. Reached out to them for some information and was shut down within 30 seconds of being on the phone without a single request being made. Very disappointed in their lack of community support.

BhGood chocolate and friendly staff and a nice place, however the prices are pretty high so for small quantity it’s good but for large orders it get very expensive, so that the down side.

Bev (the owner) and Teresa (her side kick) have been the most pleasant ladies to deal with! They know exactly what they are doing- THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS!
