Citadel Fence swooped in to help us with a fencing repair following Hurricane Fiona damage. Staff were prompt, courteous, and committed to information-sharing with me--the client. I can't stress enough the professionalism of the communication piece that they leaned in to. They were steadily thorough and positive. They clearly communicated and made an effort to ensure my expectations aligned with theirs. Staff actively troubleshot my situation and explained to me what was possible and what was not. The team made follow-up, billing, and payment into very easy processes. PLUS, they came in at the best price among our three industry quotes, the work crew did quick and quality work, AND they expertly tidied up after themselves when they left. First-rate work. Seriously.
