On July 22 my wife experienced some brake issues while driving alone in Seaforth.We live in Mississauga.Over the phone we determined that she needed to get the brakes looked at immediately.The closest service station was Robinson Chevrolet.My wife's car is a Ford Fusion.I spoke with the service tech on the phone.I was extremely skeptical about what he was telling me.I had just just repaired the brakes ( thought I had ).I'm not a tech , but do brakes,oil changes other service work on our 4 cars.I thought my wife was being taken advantage of.Was I wrong.They replaced two rear calipers.They didn't replace any unnecessary parts.Only charged for one.I find that honesty and integrity are rare these days.At Robinson Chevrolet they have both in spades!!!Thank you to the service manager Joe Snowden and Jason for getting my wife back on her journey.

Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend anyone to do any business with this sales manager named Jesse Fischer. He clearly only cared about closing the sale, and don’t have any care for his customers. I have purchased a car from him in the past, but he lied to me about the discount he got for me. He is very dishonest and rude after I paid the deposit and tried to ask him questions. If you ever heard of those bad reps about car sales, he’s your guy. I would recommend anyone to stay away from him if you want to have a good car purchase experience.

I purchased a 2 year old pick up truck from Robinson. The entire Test drive and purchasing experience was a delight. All the staff from sales over financing and service were efficient polite and more than helpful. Super cool small town buying experience without any hassle .
