Legs Beautiful

For a store that's supposed to be about legs, they certainly have a lot of floor space dedicated to jackets and accessories.I walked in and cardigans donning real animal fur greeted me, so I walked around and left. Using animal fur in fashion is not acceptable, and I do not support any store that carries such items.

Wanted some patterned tights for a party. Looked up the location of the store and checked out the website. Rode my bike for 10 km in below zero weather, couldn't find it. Phoned the store and the location had been closed. I would rather paint a pattern on my legs than shop this brand.

I don't know what these other bad reviews are talking about (only doing exchanges is a bad thing? Would you really be comfortable purchasing hoisery and tights that were previously used? That's a very uneducated review...) , this is the greatest store ever! All prices were reasonable or less than other stores, but more importantly the sales staff is exceptional! I walked in and was very politely greeted and she offered to help me (without being forceful). The lady (I wish I got her name because she truly was exceptional) was so knowledgeable and really helped me make a better decision than I normally would have. I ended up buying 2 pairs of awesome black opac tights and am so happy! I will definitely be back! Thanks so much again!

I bought some stay ups two days ago and wore them for the first time tonight. I'd followed the store assistant's advice on sizes and also read the back of the packet. The stay ups sucked as they didn't actually do what they're supposed to. The right one wasn't bad but the left one sagged to my knee.

I purchased two pairs of tights from this location, the sale lady who helped me was great. when I got home one of the tights had an extremely strong perfume smell, I returned a few days later after washing did nothing to eliminate the smell, the sales staff were very rude and refused to do anything for me. I called head office and they agreed to do an exchange which I was happy with. When I attended the store I was treated badly and items were grabbed from my hands. Sadly I will never purchase from this company again.

great selection and they have hosiery for tall women

Do not come to this store. The sales people not helpful. She suggested to size 2-3 and even if I choose the bigger size it doesn't fit. I paid $33.90 and couldn’t change the size.

I walked into the store this morning and I found the sales consultants not helpful, following me around, and actually rude. I was in the process of purchasing three pairs of tights, and asked the sales rep to show me a pair of socks I picked up to ensure they would fit me. She told me that they cannot open the label on the socks to see if they fit me. In this day of customer service (especially after retail stores have been closed) the customer experience is crucial. My interaction with the sales consultant actually made me put the items I was going to purchase on the front desk and walk out without purchasing.

Uncomfortable shopping experience. I hadn't shopped at this store before and was excited to check out the patterned hoisery.The salesperson (a woman with short dark hair) watched me like a hawk. I felt uncomfortable so I left.
